Monthly Rentals in Kini Beach

I cannot fully articulate how truly MAGICAL our stay was. Our hosts were so very attentive, kind, and thoughtful. They even recommended a special event during Easter weekend that we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. The home was CLEAN, beautiful and had everything we could have wanted and more. The views were gorgeous and with the beach and restaurants right at our door step, there was nothing more we could have needed! I have nothing critical to share and wish I could come back every year. Divine! Book this space, you will not regret it.

We LOVED staying at Yiannis in Kini, it was super clean and better than the photos! It had everything we could have needed and it was in local walking distance to a lovely beach, goats, mini market and great Bakery / cafe called Vitamin Sea (they were soo lovely in there) Yianni met us at the place & showed us everything, giving us recommendations & explaining the buses which were useful to get around the island! Definitely recommend for the price!

We stayed at the beautiful Syrolia Village for 10 days, and as our departure drew nearer, I found myself dreading the end of each day there. Though the space is modest in size, it feels incredibly intimate and inviting—thoughtfully designed with care in every detail, from the aesthetic touches to the well-considered amenities. Jacob was a truly wonderful host, warm and attentive, making sure we felt completely at home and had everything we needed throughout our stay. His kind parents added such a heartfelt touch—bringing fresh produce and even treating us to a delicious home-cooked meal that we’ll never forget. Every part of our experience was exceptional. Thank you for a stay that was not only comfortable, but deeply memorable. P.S. The parade of kitties from the cat sanctuary next door completely stole my heart ❤️

We had a lovely stay. The location is perfect - a 5 minute walk to the beach and tavernas. We loved Kini which had everything we needed including a good bakery and shop. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and checked on us during the week to make sure we were having a good time (which we were!).
