Lovely place. Private and very quiet. Felt right at home. Accommodation is modern with trendy furnishings. Added extras a thoughtful addition. Host was responsive. Appreciated the information file with clear descriptions of what was included in the accommodation. Liked that the owner recycle, consider the environment and allergies. Would definitely recommend The Shop to friends.

This was our third visit to Malthouse Cottage in the last year, this time to celebrate our first anniversary and judging by the visitors book, we are not alone!! There is something about the cottage and the area and for us, it feels like a home from home. We will definitely be back again soon to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the calm and the “break from the norm” that the cottage, the village and Chippenham have to offer. We would recommend this cottage to anyone. It’s clean, well equipped, well situated, relaxing and Jeremy and Vanessa really are great hosts and for me, the log burner is a great plus. We cannot fault it!! Many thanks to you both for allowing us and past and future air B&B’ers the opportunity.

A really lovely place in a very pretty village. It was exactly what we needed to be very close to Chippenham but also able to enjoy long countryside walks every morning. Lovely sitting room to relax in each evening with a fire, and a beautiful bedroom. We especially enjoyed meeting the cats! Thank you very much.

Ros was so lovely, friendly and welcoming! Extremely responsive when I had some questions, even forgot an item when leaving and no hassle to collect later on. Couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough! Would definitely return in the future :)
