Monthly Rentals in Kingston upon Hull

Great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city. Centrally located and a couple of minutes from historic pubs and landmarks. Adam was great - communicated early and with lots of details. The place was clean and well equipped - perfect for an extended stay, with secure gated parking. Only very minor negatives were that there was roadworks immediately outside on the A63, which was a bit unsightly, and the road noise was constant but not bothersome. Also, the flat is upstairs so wouldn’t be easy for those with mobility issues. Overall, a great stay. Thanks Adam!

I've occasionally stayed at Airbnbs that provided breakfast, but this is the first one that provided a lovely home-cooked vegetarian (usually) dinner every night as well. The best part is that we all ate dinner together and conversed for about an hour or so about everything ranging from politics to sports. Now, I understand that may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I just loved it. Solo traveling gets lonely sometimes. The bedroom was bright (by Hull standards :) ) and warm. The bed has a foam mattress and clean sheets each week. There was a desk, plenty of outlets, and a couch. Wifi is decent. There's an extra toilet downstairs, which helps with the occasional traffic jam in the upstairs bathroom, which all residents share. Shower water is plentiful and hot with occasional irregularities due to dishes or laundry, I assume. Guests can use the washing machine (which was replaced during my visit). 15 minute walk to grocery stores, 5 minute walk to bus stop, 30 minute bus to Hull.

A well appointed flat, beautifully presented and in a fantastic location for exploring the city of Hull. Perfect for a couple looking for a quiet place to stay but with everything you need (including lovely fresh bread!) on your doorstep. Abbie was a great host, always quick to respond, and we had a perfect stay.
