Loved the beach access, straight out on to the sands and nice garden to sit in. Easy to use TV with helpful instructions. Lots of kitchen stuff to cook meals, not that we did. Found Chris extremely helpful and very comprehensive instructions for parking, checking in, and all the facilities including photographs.

If you want sea and beach views together with convenience of being close to town with its various pubs, local bakery and restaurants then this is the place to be. The balcony is great for people watching, sea views and sunsets: the weather was great. Thanks, Josie.

The flat was fantastic. I’m very picky about cleanliness, but I couldn’t find a single fault in that home, everything was very clean, and there were plenty of towels. Nothing was missing. White dominated the whole place. Loved it!! I would highly recommend it to everyone, and we’ll be back soon. PS: Vanessa, we’re so sorry, we couldn’t find a pen to leave you a note in the living room notebook, but I guess that’s a sign we’ll be coming back.

What a fantastic place - location is superb and right on the beach with short walks to the great restaurants, bars, and cafes of Marget. Amy was super helpful and responsive. Place was clean with stellar accommodations for both kids and adults. The decor is really impressive - love what they've done with this place. If you have a chance to stay here, don't pass it up.

It’s so lovely when a host provides a few necessities…Stephen goes above and provides a wealth of items!! We had more bread, cereal, jam, croissants etc than we could use. Plus a bottle of proseco 😊. A really nice place to stay. The throw rugs were appreciated on chilly nights. Great communication.

Fantastic flat in an amazing location right on Viking Beach. Host was easy to communicate with and flexible (I got an earlier check-in than the listed 4pm). And they leave a fantastic welcome basket that included stuff like locally produced lemonade and crisps, coffee/milk and essentials like loo roll. The flat is very clean (though the carpet could perhaps have a deep wash in a couple of spots) and quiet at night. You’ll just be listening to the waves as they roll in 😃. Bed is super comfy and the bedroom and lounge are very homely. Bathroom was top notch with a walk in rainfall shower. I was woken one morning by the pub down the bay loading/ unloading beer barrels 🤣. But I simply woke up and sat on the balcony. Flat felt very secure as there is a door to the building, a front door to the flat then a further internal door you can lock. Fantastic location for town, Margate, Ramsgate and beautiful coastal walks. I stayed in this flat in 2017 and 2025 and will book again.

We enjoyed a lovely couple of nights at this flat - it was really spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The Tassimo disks for our morning coffee was a lovely touch. It was great to be able to join the Viking Trail literally outside the door, and we enjoyed a beautiful walk along the coast. Mark was a great host, providing some wonderful recommendations of things to do and places to eat - there are some great restaurants in Margate! Definitely recommended for a short break.

Excellent value stay and perfect location for a trip to Ramsgate. Very communicative hosts made everything as seamless as possible. Great stay.

We had a great night at the wedge house. It’s a very cool quirky little house. Brilliant location for Adventure Island. Not the hosts fault but the street itself is quite run down and we had to listen to the boy racer cars all evening. But didn’t take away from the stay because us and the kids had a great time. Ria was very helpful as a host and was so kind to put up balloons and banners for us for my daughter’s birthday. I would definitely recommend for a trip to Southend.

A rather unusual 70’s inspired home, with a great garden space.. Orange leather sofa looked great but actually wasn’t that comfortable.. otherwise would highly recommend

Mooi huis, voorzien van al wat nodig is. Tuin is zeer aangenaam ingericht, ook voor kinderen (speelhuis, doolhof,...). Mooi uitzicht op akkers en Cap Blanc Nez. Ruime woonkamer en keuken. Slaapkamers zijn netjes en groot genoeg, ook met kleine kindjes. Garageruimte is erg handig om bvb schoenen, voorraad,... te zetten.

Jacqui's place is a hidden gem, the photos don't do it justice. Plenty of space for our group, and a very well equipped place for us to relax and cook. Beautiful views of the sea, super easy check-in and a very lovely host - highly recommend!

Had a great great stay in this lovely house for a special birthday celebration. All communications were excellent ,made easy and Jo couldn’t have been more helpful. The house was as described and a haven for us all. Very comfortable for our needs and everything thought of. So many lovely touches of homeliness from decor to crockery. All 7 ladies who stayed felt the same. Walked into Whitstable along the coastal path which was easy and enjoyable , about 1 hour 50 mins. Thank you for everything. We would all come back!

Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful I am for Sheila and to be able to stay here to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely amazing communication!! So kind and friendly. The house was amazing and THE VIEW was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would more than come back here again. But if you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! Dit was de tweede keer dat we hier geweest zijn. Alles prima geregeld. Leuke communicatie met Susan en Jo. Appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van Broadstairs, waar diverse leuke restaurants en terrasjes zijn. Zeker een verblijf waard, aanrader !!

I booked this getaway as a birthday present for our dad from my siblings and I. I spoke to Nic and she was great from the get go. As I was not the one who stayed my parents have written their little review. Thank you Nic for a wonderful relaxing time. The apartment was immaculate, modern and the little details were perfect. Everything you would need for a great time away has been thought of by the host. We were blessed with amazing weather so the little courtyard made it wonderful being such a little sun trap! Although we did not meet Nic personally she was contactable and nothing was a bother. We would definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for our stay at Coastal soul.

Außergewöhnliche, wunderschöne, sehr gemütliche und perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit einem Traumausblick aufs Meer mit den schönsten Sonnenunter- und Aufgängen für einen Besuch des sehr netten Margates. Ella war total nett und schnell in der Konversation. Super Tipps für Restaurants und Cafés. Margate hat viele kleine Kunstgalerien und ein Turner Museum. Besonders hat uns aber der Gezeitenpool, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand gefallen (Danke auch für die extra Strandhandtücher/Strandmatten). Wir hatten aber auch Traumwetter! Man kann alles zu Fuß erledigen. Es gibt aber auch einen kleinen Bahnhof. In London ist man auch in anderthalb Stunden. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Wanderung die Küste entlang nach Ramsgate gemacht. Man kann mit dem Bus oder Zug zurückfahren. Für uns als Familie war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt und wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Zudem hatten wir noch ein tolles Supergrass Konzert im Dreamland Park. Ein herzliches Danke an Ella!!!

Sara’s flat is beautiful with incredible views over the harbour, particularly at sunset. It is ideally situated within Margate old town, with easy access to many fantastic restaurants and bars.

We were greeted by Phil and Jenny who made us very welcome and they went through a few things with us. The accommodation was first class with a view outstanding. Everything was of good quality and the bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was great and hot. What more could anyone possibly require We will go again. Many thanks Phil and Jenny

phoebe was a fantastic host with great communication. the apartment is in a brilliant location very close to everything. on the days we wasn't out exploring until dark, we watched the sunset from the window. the views from the apartment are worth booking it alone!
