The calm by the lakes in the woods of Vittsjö

(From November 1, 2025, we will change one bedroom to a lounge and only take two guests.) Lovely cottage from the 50s with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a headland in Vittsjö's lake area, so here you have the peace and quiet, but are still just a walk from shops and trains. The forest is close by and there are lovely hiking areas. Good fishing just meters from the front door. Here you wake up overlooking a beautiful lake! Enjoy the starry sky and the owls hooting at night.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Cozy house of 65 sqm, the accommodation has been refreshed 2025 with new interior design, freshly painted facades and solar cells on the roof in 2021. Within a radius of approx. 10 30 minutes you will find i.a. golf, padel courts, flea markets, museums, beaches, various cities, cycle paths, national parks, Skåneleden and moose safaris.

The area offers many opportunities for relaxing walks, mushroom picking and excursions. If you need to shop, there are several grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and shops in Örkelljunga, Våxtorp and Ängelholm, among others. The area offers nice walking and cycling trails and at nearby lakes there is the possibility of swimming and fishing. In summer, there is a large shared outdoor pool a couple of 100 meters away. This usually opens sometime in June. If you long for the sea, it is 35 km to Båstad, Mellbystrand or Ängelholm.
