The accommodation with two private rooms is located in a listed building right on the access road to the lock. Separate entrance with shower room, Bedroom (single bed), living room, no kitchen or cooking facilities. Apart from the seagulls and the sounds of the ships, it is very quiet. In the immediate vicinity, there are inviting restaurants and cafes. The historic cobblestone paving in the courtyard is not suitable for high heels or walking aids. In summer, the lakeside bathing facility is an inviting spot for a refreshing dip.

Stylish first floor apartment in the residential area of Düsternbrook (between the fjord, university hospital, Blücherplatz). Everything is within walking distance. Amenities: Separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen with seating, one bedroom (pull-out bed 160 × 200), spacious full bathroom and separate toilet. It is ideally suited for singles or couples, for a short vacation or people who need the proximity to the UKSH. A baby crib and highchair are provided. The apartment (47 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not charge extra for families. UKSH is about 15 minutes' walk. CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about a 10-minute walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, it is very central, 10 min walk to the water, 5-minute walk to the beautiful Holtenauer Straße promenade with their numerous owners-operated shops! The apartment has a terrace that gets the afternoon sun, a bathroom with a shower, a guest toilet, and a small but very nice designer kitchen! The apartment is located on the upper ground floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not quite accessible!
