It is ideally suited for singles or couples, for a short vacation or people who need the proximity to the UKSH. A baby crib and highchair are provided. The apartment (47 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse. Seperater Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche und Kochgelegenheit. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, it is very central, 10 min walk to the water, 5-minute walk to the beautiful Holtenauer Straße promenade with their numerous owners-operated shops! The apartment has a terrace that gets the afternoon sun, a bathroom with a shower, a guest toilet, and a small but very nice designer kitchen! The apartment is located on the upper ground floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not quite accessible!
