The apartment (47 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, it is very central, 10 min walk to the water, 5-minute walk to the beautiful Holtenauer Straße promenade with their numerous owners-operated shops! The apartment has a terrace that gets the afternoon sun, a bathroom with a shower, a guest toilet, and a small but very nice designer kitchen! The apartment is located on the upper ground floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not quite accessible!
