Former forester's house surrounded by nature

10 minutes from the city center is the former listed and spacious forest house of Eltville. In the middle of nature on the edge of the forest, directly on the Rheinsteig, in the immediate vicinity of the vineyards with a large garden. Especially for: relaxing vacations, activity vacations (hiking and cycling), loud parties, as there are no neighbors, time out in the countryside, company events, family vacations, romantic vacations, New Year's Eve with family and/or friends.

Experience the medieval Schifferhaus on the quiet market square of Kaub- a Enjoy a journey back in time! Historic charm and modern en-suite bathrooms in each double room combine past and comfort. The apartment is designed for two to four guests. Beneath the shade of the old linden trees, you can relax after a hike along the Rheinsteig and enjoy the excellent local wines. The apartment is also ideally located for attending a concert at the Loreley open-air theatre.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Das "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" ist das Gästehaus des renommierten Weinguts Balthasar Ress im Rheingau. Vornehmlich für eigene Gäste des Weinguts konzipiert, steht es auch manchmal anderen Gästen zur Verfügung. Das Architektenhaus liegt in der Siedlung "Rebhang", eine der exklusivsten und schönsten Wohnlagen im Weinanbaugebiet Rheingau. Die Siedlung liegt auf rund 400m Höhe, rund 300m über dem Rhein und ist umgeben von Wiesen, Weinbergen und dem Wald.

My guests can expect a small house with a large garden right on the edge of the forest of Schlangenbad Wambach. Here there are many wonderful opportunities to romp around with your four-legged friend, walk, bike, spend a relaxing evening in front of the fireplace or go to Rüdesheim, Mainz, Wiesbaden or Frankfurt. Everything is easy to reach by car or public transport. Likewise, the house is suitable for businessmen, trade fair exhibitors or visitors.

Relaxing by the forest

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle. This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.

Das Cottage (ca. 70qm) ist ein umgebauter Stall und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Es ist umgeben von Weinbergen, Weingütern, Restaurants und nur 5 Gehminuten zum Rhein. Grundsätzlich ist es nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Das Cottage ist komplett ausgestattet wie z.B. Waschmaschine/Trockner, Sodastreamer, internetfähiges TV, WLAN, Loungemöbel auf der Terrasse und viele Extras. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen :-)

Historic 110 sqm vacation home Zur Hofreite

Our vacation home is idyllically located, yet very central in Mainz. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated and completely refurnished. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.
