The house is located in a secure, quiet residential area with many amenities: a gym and swimming pool are 200 metres away, and a pickleball court and night market are 100 metres away. There is a beautiful beach near the sea. From your accommodation, it takes just 3 minutes by motorbike to get to the beautiful beach. 1 minute to ICE Jungle Park 6 minutes to Sunset area, 12 minutes to the airport and lots of amenities around. The building has 5 floors (the landlord lives on a separate 2nd floor); you can use all the remaining floors and have your own lift.

A modern living area features a comfortable gray sofa and two circular coffee tables. A sleek television is mounted on the wall opposite, while natural light filters through leafy green plants along the windows, creating a serene and airy atmosphere.
