I was in the villa for four weeks and it was pure relaxation. It was all as described. The private beach is sensational and unique and within 2 minutes walking distance. With a delivery service you can have everything delivered very quickly directly to the villa or you can go from the villa directly by taxi to another location - that was very comfortable. The location of the villa is in a very quiet area, I really liked it and can recommend it if you are looking for peace and relaxation. The pool and small garden area around the villa gives you air to breathe and you don't feel locked in. I felt very comfortable and would have loved to stay. Real amazing host. Kevin took time to introduce every details of the house and its surrounding. The sun orientation etc.. Traditional house decorated with taste : traditional furniture with full modern functional amenties electrical kitchen, dishwasher etc... 20 meters from the private beach..very peaceful.. little private paradise!

It’s a great place to stay right on the beach, if you’re luckier than us with the weather, you’re gonna have a great time! Obviously of note, just as other reviewers mention, the cafe next door does indeed play music all day long until ~1am or so every day, however all the bedrooms are on another side very much away from the noise. Didn’t hear a thing when sleeping! The first floor is unusual - it’s completely open and stays open like that, as there’s no door on the beach side. However, that’s not a problem as the beach is super safe and we had fun just lounging in that area after a long day of exploring. Hosts were extremely responsive and helped with local recommendations and scooter rentals. All in all, this is probably a place suited for the younger crowd, so definitely go ahead, book it and have fun!

The villa is a really special place to stay, super comfortable and equipped with antiques extremely tasteful and classic Thai. Super pool with views of the beach. Penibularly clean and very well maintained. You are absolutely undisturbed. All rooms are air-conditioned. The great house is only surpassed by the host Kevin, who is already helpful with arrival, is always available and has given incredibly great tips and recommendations for Samui. Even with a small medical emergency, he helped and recommended a fantastic hospital. Kevin is a great host. I highly recommend him and the villa.

We traveled as three businessmen, but this stunning villa offers five luxurious suites, all with breathtaking sea views—making it almost impossible to choose just one! The property is equally well-suited for families of any size, providing complete privacy and a seamless experience. The in-house, discreet housekeeper ensures effortless comfort, from preparing a delightful breakfast to crafting exquisite evening meals upon request. Inside, the villa boasts expansive, beautifully designed spaces, tastefully decorated to an exceptional standard. A supermarket sits conveniently across the street, and a short stroll leads to charming cafés, restaurants, and even a gallery or two.

It was a really nice stay. We would love to back to sand and book again with him.. he is very kind and always there if u need something. He organized for us a scooter that we can easily drive around the island. The villa was very beautiful and looks the same as on the pictures :) Very very nice 👍 thank you see I again

The villa was absolutely stunning and had amazing views of the ocean and sunset particularly from the kitchen / outdoor terrace area and the master bedroom. The villa was very well maintained by the lovely team at the headland villa complex! Kate and Palm were amazing hosts and couldn’t do enough for us - we were celebrating a special birthday and they even provided a cake as complimentary they also organised massages for us one of the days in the villa! The area of the villa has a few local restaurants and easy access to the beach via stairs. The location is perfect for a relaxing break. Busier areas can be reached by taxi - lamai (25 mins), lip noi (10 mins), Bophut (45 mins). Taxis are easy to organise through the team at the headland villas or grab pick up within 10 minutes!

Adrian’s listing was amazing. This condo offers an amazing location and amenities. I very much enjoyed the stay here and was able to easily jump to other locations in Samui from the condo. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the island!

Ah! What a pleasure it was to live and experience Koh Samui at Pannipa and Markus’s villa ❤️ Pannipa is so beautiful and so friendly. We were welcomed with big smiles and that just made our day! The villa is BREATHTAKING! The pictures don’t do justice at all! It’s such a dreamy place. We TRULY relaxed here. The views from every corner of the villa were just 🤌🏼 and the private pool ❤️ missing it already! We (Vishnu and I) were here for 2 days to celebrate my birthday in tranquility and we really lucked out as those were the only 2 days the villa was available! Pannipa and Vishnu arranged a lovely birthday cake, delicious papaya and really surprised me! Thank you so much for being the friends we miss from back home. Beautiful villa with a stunning view of the ocean in a peaceful and quiet area of Koh Samui. We felt right at home, as the villa was ready when we arrived. Fon welcomed us personally even in heavy rain, and arranged us airport taxi. There’s also an air conditioning in the main living/ kitchen area, which wasn’t mentioned in the listiny which is a huge plus. The beds are comfy and bed linens are kept squeaky clean, as well the bathrooms. Huge patio with Infinity pool is great for the evenings. Fon also arranged motorbikes rental for us - delivered directly to villa and returned at the villa - super convenient. Fon was very helpful during the whole stay and always responded on the phone when we needed her help. We stayed during the New Year Eve and had a great view of the fireworks around villa directly from the pool. We highly recommend this villa to everyone not afraid of location up in the hills - easily accessible by motorbike or SUV. Thanks for lifetime memories !

Our stay at this beautiful home in Koh Samui was nothing short of magical. Waking up to the sound of birds and the gentle rustle of palm trees, followed by breakfast with a view of the ocean, was truly unforgettable. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive from local restaurants, markets, and beaches. A very nice house/apartment complex on the south of Koh Samui. Great pools and nice restaurants withn a short walk, good access to a beach. A big house (3BR) with all amenities, two big bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen. A small hurdle was a communication with the local staff but nothing serious. We would love to return if available next time we visit.

A wonderful experience. Here you can feel Thailand outside the tourist circle and connect with the lives of the locals. Thanks to the perfect hosts who welcomed us as family members, we got to know a different Thailand. The room, the food, the trees and flowers, the view and the quiet made us miss it for a second after we left. Do yourself a favor and book a visit, hoping it will be available.
