Holiday rentals with beach access in Khanom District

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very nice and exactly as advertised and the area is very peaceful since it is in the countryside. However, you are not too far from Lamai so for me the location was perfect. You should rent a motorbike if you stay here. Chrissie and her husband are very friendly and helpful and there’s a very friendly dog who will greet you every time you go out and leave. I would recommend this place to others and I will stay here again if I come to Samui.

Our stay from start to finish was amazing. From the moment we checked in we couldn’t believe the view. The hotel was so helpful and having access to the amenities was great. Nan our maid was lovely and the communication and recommendations from Christian made our stay just perfect. We didn’t want to leave ! If I ever get the chance to visit Thailand again would 1000% stay here again. Thank you so much ! Ps. I-Talay restaurant was a fab recommendation we went twice !!

Top location! 2 minutes to the dream beach with lots of bars and restaurants! 7 minutes to the supermarket! Great support from Matthias and his wife in any problems!!! I had everything I needed at the place! The madness awaits you when you make the effort and go all the way up in the complex, there is a terrace that I don't write more. This is so beutiful and all thing work perfekt And you are so privat at the Terrasse whit the small nice pool . The kitchen have every thing and the toilet was so nice All the light was excelent We come back

We had a great time. The accommodation is impeccable and located in a quiet complex. It is also very well located, close to the main street of Lamai, restaurants, beach and right next to a mini Big C, convenient for everyday small purchases. Hosts have been very responsive to our requests, which is really appreciated. Thank you Yasinee for making such a positive contribution to our stay!

This is our second stay and it was just perfect again. Great location on the beach, and walking distance to restaurants, shops, Muay Thai, etc. The house is quiet and clean. Easy to communicate with the host. We highly recommend this spot.

Property is steps from the beach. Nice home with all you need for a great vacation. Location requires transportation unless you stay home. Many restaurants surround the property. Moped rentals are available. The host was extremely responsive and assisted whenever necessary .

The apartment was very comfortable, quiet, spacious and tranquil. I assume most of them in the building are. There is a wonderful breeze most of the time that makes the aircon unnecessary - even in April (Summer)! Everything is very easy going. The pool is amazing. The food in town is amazing, the beaches deserted, the markets big and busy (timing is important) and all for a good price (not like many places in the south). You'll need some form of transport, but renting a scooter in town or near the beaches is easy. Khanom has two main roads with little traffic, so it's very easy to navigate. We travel Thailand every year for at least a month and Khanom is still our favorite for easy beach and some of the best food. Love it every time more...

Perfect

Having stayed in over 20 Airbnb across Samui I can honestly say I loved this place. When I first opened the door I thought “wow it’s small” but it quickly became obvious that it was very well thought out and very comfortable with everything you need. I found it to be very quiet and peaceful and with the addition of a brand new mattress I had great sleeps. The location is ideal with everything in walking distance, and plenty of motorbike rentals around if you want to venture further away. The host is a smart lady who communicates quickly and efficiently. If it wasn’t for the fact she had another booking I would have stayed longer.

I really enjoyed my stay at DB Studios. The place was exactly as described and the pictures. It was peaceful and I enjoyed hearing the birds outside my balcony. My room was facing the entrance with a balcony which also had a view of the pool and guest lounge area. The location was in a good spot in Lamai. I was able to walk to almost everything. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you. :)

Martin went above and beyond for us, promptly answering every email; we felt genuinely cared for. The apartment provided everything we needed in a clutter-free environment. It featured two bathrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen, and living room, as well as stunning views of both the sea and countryside. The area embodied authentic Thailand – remote and less convenient than we’re accustomed to, but purposefully distanced from tourist hubs. A handful of beach bars are available. I recommend trekking down the entire beach and stocking up at the Saturday market. After a rejuvenating month-long stay, we leave fully recharged, ready to embrace stimulation once more. The residence's pool is beautiful, and our two small children enjoyed swimming, much to the slight annoyance of only a couple of foreigners! Thanks, Martin, for your emotional support. 😂 We'll forever cherish our time here – life is good!

The apartment was brand new and really clean. Loved our view from the balcony and was in a great location for things to do.
