Jeanette's place in Velden is a true gem, great location, fully equipped, clean, everything is near, everything is walkable, just as we wanted. The big balcony was a lovely extra we enjoyed a lot. Loved the city, for sure we will be back, hopefully in this apartment next time too.

The house with two separate apartments is quietly located in a neighboring street. The two-story apartment is lavishly equipped with everything that is expected in a vacation rental. Since the sleeping area is on the 2nd floor, it is quite quiet there, even if people are still talking/watching TV on the first floor. The romantic lake is a 5-minute walk and very suitable for swimming. In addition, Lake Wörthersee, e.g. Velden, is about 15 minutes away by car. A well-stocked Spar market can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. A larger oak tree gives the property a lot of charm, but also takes away light. In the woods behind the house we were able to collect mushrooms and watch deer. Every now and then cats came by. We found the location ideal for excursions because of the proximity to Villach, Klagenfurt, but also to the Italian and Slovenian border. The owners are very helpful and have provided us with good tips for excursions. We can really recommend the apartment!
