Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. I offer you my small apartment in a semi-detached house in quiet Nauen. The apartment is located in the attic, about 900 m from Nauen train station. Berlin BhfZoo can be reached quickly (25 min). The Havel region with its historic towns and numerous waterways is particularly inviting for hiking and cycling. A garage is available for motorcyclists. The fully equipped accommodation is located on the ground floor with ground floor access. Within a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the property by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). The small shop for groceries, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service can be done within 200 m to the property. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space on the property can be booked for 5.00€/night.

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Historical Gem with Character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.

Small but fine, this well-kept apartment with about 40 square meters is near Schlachtensee in Zehlendorf. It is located in the basement and is fully equipped. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A private shower room as well as a spacious wardrobe are also available. Parking is available in front of the house. A dip in the Schlachtensee is within walking distance.
