In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

Falkenrehde is located directly on the border of Potsdam and is surrounded by lakes, fields and forest. But it is also close to Brandenburg an der Havel, Potsdam and Berlin. The surroundings therefore invite you to a quiet stay in the seclusion of the sparsely populated lake landscape as well as to excursions to the cultural institutions of the nearby cities.

The Havel region with its historic towns and numerous waterways is particularly inviting for hiking and cycling. A garage is available for motorcyclists. The brand new and modern apartment is situated in a very quiet residential area. Havel promenade and beach are still within walking distance. Shopping (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc.) can also be found around the corner. In the apartment you will find everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with an (external) 2-plate induction field, oven and refrigerator. On the balcony you can relax in a hanging swing chair.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

A beautifully furnished, modern, and rustically furnished apartment with 110 square meters of living space and an 8 square meter terrace awaits you. The apartment is located in an old manor house, which is used as a multi-generational home. Like all other apartments, it has a separate entrance. The apartment can be heated via wall radiators, underfloor heating, or a fireplace. The floors are made of tiles or pine planks.
