There is also a balcony with indirect views over the Ruhr and Kettwig. The living spaces are very bright and friendly.

The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.
