The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

The small charming townhouse is centrally located in Nysted city, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooking Ålholm Castle. The house is in walking distance to cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is up for walking or biking. At the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small boat harbor, ice cream houses and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

The apartment for rent is 37 m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the Old Technical School in downtown Nysted - 200 meters from the harbor. Nysted has a lovely beach with a jetty – there is also the possibility of a sauna visit. The apartment contains 1 room with a double bed, dining table and chairs. There is TV and internet. The kitchen has a fridge, oven and hot plates. Toilet/bathroom with walk-in shower. Hair dryer The apartment is a resident of Nysted Church, and if you stand on your toes, there is a sea view.
