It is about a 2-minute walk to the Rhine bank, where public, free parking is also available. There is also a bus connection (2/12) to the city, which you can reach in 4 minutes from the accommodation. Reach the footpath. Near the bus stop: bakery, kebab, pizza, Asian takeaway.
