UNIQUE Countryside Apartment part of our farmhouse on our SHEEP Farm. Only 3 Mile Lake District National Park, M6 10 mile (N&S) Good Roads, Nr Cumbria Way. Morning to Evening SUN SPOT on the PEACEFUL Secluded Garden + Patio, OVERLOOKING the NATURAL WATERFALL STREAM, WILDLIFE & often our SHEEP. Keswick town centre self contained apartment
Recently refurbished one bedroom apartment, conveniently located in the centre of Keswick with free on street parking. You could not be more conveniently located to access all that Keswick has to offer, including great pubs, fine dining and entertainment. Everything is within very easy walking distance. Also a great base for exploring the fantastic countryside, with walks to suit all ages and abilities right on your doorstep. The view out from the apartment over Skiddaw and Latrigg is stunning

Camping pod in western lakes
Our cosy pod sleeps 2 adults comfortably but could sleep 3 adults or 2 plus 1 young child. Pet friendly. Inside the pod is a double bed, a single futon mattress, kettle, toaster and oil filled radiator, carpeted floor, black out curtains. no bedding is supplied. The pod is small but cosy. The onsite games room provides extra space. Based on our working farm with panoramic views of local fells and Skiddaw. We have 3 camping pods all sited for guest privacy but could all be hired by friends.

Strawberry Cottage is a beautiful Lakeland stone end cottage in the centre of Keswick (circa 1840). The property boasts delightful views to the surrounding fells. Recently refurbished by the owners, giving it a contemporary feel in terms of décor and facilities. High Speed Internet, SkyQ in the lounge, Smart TV's in both bedrooms, Hypnos Mattresses, Bluetooth Speaker, Jacuzzi Bath. A parking permit for the long stay car parks is provided. Pet-friendly and cosy converted byre for two
A converted former farmstead byre, Randel features high beamed ceilings open to the eaves, with plenty of natural light from two gable windows, a roof Velux and window out on to the wooded garden. Entrance is directly into the studio accommodation, consisting of a well fitted kitchen, dining facilities for two, and a comfortable compact sitting/sleeping area. Armchairs give way across the room to a wrought iron double-bed. There is a separate shower room with WC and washbasin.

Perfectly located in a quiet street with spectacular views of the Lakeland fells, this contemporary 2 bed Victorian Lakeland cottage is a 5 minute walk from the heart of the vibrant market town of Keswick and a 15 minute leisurely stroll to Derwentwater. Beautifully restored in early 2024, the property offers outdoor seating areas at both the front of the house and in the paved back garden and is the ideal base to explore the spectacular Lake District all year round.

Set in two acres of mature trees, gardens and river frontage, with lots of wildlife.

Toddell Barn forms part of our traditional Lakeland longhouse farm, built in approximately 1710. Toddell Barn sits within approximately 7 acres of agricultural land that helps attract a wide variety of wildlife. Toddell Barn is located in the hamlet of Brandlingill (2 miles south of Cockermouth) and is within the northern boundary of The Lake District National Park, categorised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017.
