Welcome to The Salt Box. Our lovely little annexe.Great location-20min walk to Porth Beach, short drive to Newquay and town beaches,10min to Watergate-Fistral in either direction. Good access to A30 to explore Cornwall without getting stuck in town traffic/paying for parking. The annexe is attached to our family home but with it's own separate entrance and small private decking area. The space has been recently renovated and is a light and bright space, perfect for exploring gorgeous Cornwall.

The Dairy is our "home from home" single level barn conversion. You will be blown away by the miles of views over fields and the incredible sunrises and sunsets. But with the massive benefit of being within 5 miles of the fabulous Newquay beaches (including Fistral, Crantock and Holywell), and the hustle and bustle of town with its shops, cafes and pubs. After a day out exploring, you can enjoy the outdoor space in peace and quiet or the cosy and warm indoors with squishy sofas and comfy beds.

Fernleigh rest is a stylish and spacious two floor annex very close to Newquay and surrounding areas in Cornwall. Bus and train link on the door step. The annex has seamless blend of inside and outside living with its bifold doors in the living area. Perfect for any guest who loves natural light and fresh air. The bedroom area can sleep up to 4 people . The bedroom area has one king size bed and a sofa bed (see images). Bathroom is down stairs , down the corridor off the kitchen.

WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Tolcarne beach is 5 minutes walk away with towering cliffs, white sand, brilliant surf and panoramic sunsets. Just around the corner is Porth Beach a great place to swim, kayak or paddle board and explore this wonderful coastline! Both beaches are family friendly safe & host fantastic bars, restaurants & cafes.
