Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The heart and gathering place of the house is the living room with the amazing light coming in from the many windows. In the house there are three good bedrooms, a good and functional kitchen as well as two bathrooms. There is a beautiful and lush courtyard of about 75 m2, which in the summer is a peaceful oasis where you can find both sun and shade.
