I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ryan’s apartment in Coventry. Everything was seamless and thoughtfully arranged. The location is perfect, and it is easy to explore the city. The apartment is also spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything a guest might need. Ryan has clearly put a lot of effort into ensuring a stress-free stay. The check-in and check-out process was effortless thanks to the lockbox system. Ryan’s responsiveness to any queries or concerns was exceptional. One of the standout features was the incredibly detailed house manual, which covered everything from appliance instructions to local attractions and even the nearest petrol stations; one of the most comprehensive guides I’ve seen. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Coventry. Ryan is an exceptional host who clearly takes pride in providing a top-tier guest experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Lovely apartment in a great location for local outings and further. Close off street parking was really helpful. The apartment was clean with everything you could need to have a comfortable stay. Ollie & team were amazingly proactive and responsive, asking each day if we were ok and if we needed anything. Would definitely book again! Thanks for a great stay!

I was delighted with my stay with Clare at her beautiful home. The flat is private and peaceful, with beautiful views and everything you could. The gardens are a absolute treat to walk around, absolutely blooming and well cared for. Clare was very welcoming and I had a really comfortable and restful weekend.

Bard’s Nest is in a great location, with parking, within a minute walk of Stratford centre. The station is also walkable as is Anne Hathaway’s cottage. Light airy apartment and very well equipped. Judy’s instructions for accessing the Nest were detailed. Would definitely recommend for a stay.

Martin's place was fantastic. It's right on top of town, about a two minute walk from the birthplace of Shakespeare. It's ten minutes to the river and the RSC. Martin is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful, and the flat is perfect for a couple or someone on their own to spend a few days in and explore the area.

We really enjoyed our second visit to Kamal’s lovely apartment. It’s rare to find somewhere so well equipped with so many thoughtful touches. It’s in a great location, too - lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and you can get to most other places in Leicester with a short taxi or Uber ride. And we couldn’t wish for a better host in Kamal. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Leicester.

A fantastic find for our stay in the midlands. The perfect place for our family of four with everything we needed including a surprise extra room perfect for storing our suitcases and hanging the washing. We’d highly recommend staying here, great apartment, beautiful area and close to many other lovely towns too.

Lovely clean and tidy house, highly recommended

Easy to check in, clean, and has a large parking slot. Kate prepared the baby cot for us before arrival. Also, there was a game of finding the six ducks that we enjoyed playing!

Lovely place to stay. Very homely and perfect for the two of us when we were wanting visit further into the Cotswolds and Stratford-Upon-Avon. Alexandra was super responsive when we contacted her! I would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet stay.

We had a great 4 nights at Lucy’s. The garden is breathtaking, the pool lovely and a short walk takes you to the historic pub (complete with Morris Dancers). Lucy was very welcoming and friendly and the house comfortable and within easy travelling distance of some of the best parts of the Cotswolds. We would love to return. Thanks Lucy!

Cathy is enormously helpful and kind at the same time as giving you complete privacy and space. A lovely host. And the annex is very pretty and snug and has everything I required. Fabulous footpaths and verdant countryside, and the village Coop is impressive.

Wonderful place to stay, immaculately clean and tidy and super comfy. You will not be disappointed with this lovley barn conversion overlooking stables at the rear and private secure parking at the front. Brilliant, and very much hope to stay again.

A great place to stay. Spotlessly clean throughout. Bed mega comfy. Easy to find in Hinckley. Net Mary who came round, very friendly, good, clear info as bout the accommodation. Very polite and professional. No hesitation in recommending for others to stay, and we would stay again if in the area.

The apartment was just as described and in a very beautiful and quiet area. The internet worked well so I could work with no issues. Would stay again and can recommend.

Overall it was a very pleasant day. Car was on the driveway right next to the apartment nice and clean nice comfortable clean bed big TV exactly what I needed before a long day at Master Mind great sleep overall very happy the only one very very slight thing I may wanted more is blackout curtainsas I don’t sleep very well and the light wakes me up

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!

We stayed with Pearl as we were attending a wedding in the local area, and what a beautiful place!! Check-in was really easy - the instructions were very clear, and Pearl popped round to check on us and was the most lovely lady. The views from the balcony were stunning and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We walked to the high street to pick up a takeaway in the evening, and there were so many nice pubs and restaurants, especially for such a (seemingly) quiet area! We got slightly lost on our way to the Air BnB but found it once we'd driven in a loop, and the taxis knew exactly where it was when picking us up for the wedding, so I think it was just us not knowing the area very well! Overall, a really great stay, and would definitely visit again! Thanks for having us!x
