Fabulous 4 Bedroom Villa (KS-10)

This fabulous and stylish 4 bedroom villa with private pool is located near the city centre of Eindhoven. The pool is open from April until September and closed from October until March. The pool has a special cover that heats up the water by the sun, it is not an electric heated pool. 't Achterommetje is very spacious and quietly located. Home is practical yet homey. Outside there are two terraces, one in the sun and one in the shade. There is a lot private due to a natural construction of the garden. The ground floor has floor heating, cooking facilities, laundry room and toilet. There is also a large fitted wardrobe for suitcases, jackets, shoes and bags. On the first floor is a bedroom with double sink, shower room, and separate toilet.
