Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kea-Kythnos

Our stay at Stamatis house was exceptional, thanks to the incredible hosts, Mrs. Koula and Mr. Kostas. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Every morning, they brought us a delightful breakfast, and their care and attention made our stay truly special. The accommodation also featured a lovely backyard, which was perfect for our 1.5-year-old child to play and explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay.

Kalliopi was super nice and friendly. We felt like home from the first moment. The house is clean and very nice with all the amenities somebody might need. Cannot wait to come back!

Our stay was truly exceptional! This spacious apartment comfortably accommodated our family of three, including our active toddler. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to beaches, restaurants, cafes, and a mini market. The property boasts two patios - one with a gorgeous sea view and a larger back terrace ideal for relaxing dinners. Everything was impeccably clean and all listed amenities were provided. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond. They served a delicious full breakfast each morning and were always ready with helpful recommendations. Their warmth and patience with our energetic little one was particularly appreciated. This place is an absolute gem on the island, even better than the photos suggest. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Casa molto bella ed accogliente. Con molti comfort, elettrodomestici e con vettovaglie in ottimo stato. Abbiamo cenato a fatto colazione in casa e usato la lavastoviglie per lavare il tutto. Camere spaziose e bagni molto belli. Vista eccezionale e ottimo spazio all’aperto per goderla. Proprietari molto reattivi alle richieste fatte tramite l’applicazione. L’unico appunto negativo è che su una doccia l’acqua faceva un po’ fatica a scolare, ma veramente si tratta di trovare il pelo nell’uovo.

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

The house is literally right at the water. The final drive down to the house is extremely steep, and with a larger vehicle it was a challenge to turn the car around. We became pros at this about halfway through our 15-night stay!! With only three of us in the house, we had plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the two living rooms (first and second levels). We also enjoyed the multiple decks to sit out and enjoy the water sounds. We used the outside table by the pool a few times and appreciated the extra shade provided by the electric awning. The pool was a bit cold for us, but we did use it. The lichen had everything we needed, which we appreciated. The house far exceeded our expectations!! Rania was very helpful, as she provided great suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc.

Das Haus ist in absoluter Traumlage mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser. Perfekt, um den Morgenkaffee direkt am Wasser nach der morgendlichen Schwimmrunde zu genießen 🌊🔆 Es gibt ein paar Stufen zur Unterkunft hin (das Auto parkt man an der Straße oben). Die Ausstattung ist gut (inkl. Shampoo, Kaffeekapseln, Salz und Pfeffer, genügend Handtücher, etc.) Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei (im Wohnraum und im Schlafzimmer). Die Fenster haben alle Fliegengitter ☺️ Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zufuß erreichbar, genauso ein paar nette Restaurantes. George absolut traumhaft, ein sooo lieber, lustiger, zuvorkommender Mensch. Der tollste Host, den wir je auf unseren Reisen hatten. Er war immerzu via Nachrichten erreichbar, hat uns als Willkommensgeschenk eine Kleinigkeit mitgebracht und sogar zum Abschied Geschenke besorgt und uns mit sehr warmen, authentischen Worten verabschiedet ❤️ Wir wollen uns für die schöne, entspannende Zeit im Haus bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt 🦋

We have loved every minute of our time here! Your place is fantastic and you have provided everything anyone could possibly want! We have been away from home for six weeks and this is the best place we have stayed - there is nothing you need to improve on! We are leaving at 7.30 in the morning 😢 so if you would like your cleaner to come in earlier, we will be gone. Thank you again for making our stay in Greece so enjoyable! 😎

What an experience in Kea! Our lovely hosts Tasos and Lila welcomed us in the port and directed us to the house! The dirt road to the house can be a bit challenging if you are a novice driver or have a low car. The view from the house though is unreal. The residence itself is modern stone build following local tradition. Super clean and roomy with everything you will need for a short or a longer stay. Our hosts gave us all the important info of what to see, where to eat and where to swim an all was spot on! Lastly as a bonus they where accomodating with departure. Definitely will be going back!

Spiros is a nice person and was great with communication. Unit was clean and just about 5 minutes from the central area.

Hotes accueillants dès le début, très disponibles, chaleureux, endroit très authentique. Magnifiques couchers du soleil depuis le jacuzzi sur la terrasse! Bon matelas, bon frigo (autrement matériel suffisant sans plus). Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet endroit spacieux, propre, bien situé, accueillant et authentique. Such an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The apartment is as exactly as described with breathtaking views. Panos is a fantastic host and was always so responsive when we had questions. He gave recommendations on some great restaurants and lounges. Our stay was exactly what we wanted it to be. We will definitely come back to one of Panos’s places for our next trip back to Greece.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Koni. Sie war super nett, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight, genauso wie der atemberaubende Ausblick. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr sauber, was uns besonders wichtig ist. Man merkt allerdings, dass einige Ecken schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Ein paar Renovierungen würden dem Ganzen wirklich guttun – gerade in dieser Preisklasse wäre das ein schöner Bonus. Trotzdem: Die Atmosphäre, die Freundlichkeit und die Lage machen den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert. Danke, Koni!

Anfitrión muy atento y flexible. Alojamiento actual y práctico. Vistas al mar inmejorables. Terraza amplia para relajarte y cenar si te apetece y no hace viento. Ubicación tranquila, aunque cerca de restaurantes, bares a pie. Playa a 50m y otras dos a unos 800m. Buena base para visitar el resto de la isla, idealmente en moto.

Πολύ ομορφη τοποθεσία, με καταπληκτική θέα και άνετο κήπο με διαφορα παιχνιδια για παιδιά. Ιδανικό δηλαδή για ήσυχες, οικογενειακές διακοπές. Το jacuzzi είναι καινούργιο και καλα συντηρημένο. Η παραλία είναι μερικά λεπτά μακριά με το αυτοκίνητο, το οποίο συνισταται λογω της ανηφορικης κλίσης. Οι ιδιοκτητες ήταν πολύ φιλικοί, απαντησαν άμεσα οταν χρειαστηκαμε κάτι και γενικά μας εκαναν να νιώσουμε πολύ ανετα. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

On était un peu fatigué à l’arrivée d’ailleurs retard de vol et perte de temps inutile avec Sixt pour la location de la voiture. On ne peut rien reprocher à notre très sympathique hôte pour le prix du logement. Quelques fruits et un minimum de café sur place nous auraient plus mais les commerces ne sont pas loin en voiture. On a été très heureux de nous reposer la nuit chez elle qui est proche de l’aéroport avant notre périple de 3 semaines en Grèce en voiture. Merci Demi, vous avez été à la hauteur de nos espérances. Hi Hiralaos was a great host. Very friendly, always responsive when communicating and very kind. The place is lovely, clean with everything you need for a holiday apartment. Easy and very short walk to the beach, town, supermarket, bakery and restaurant. We love our stay here and will definitely come back. Thank you so much and hope to see you soon.

We enjoyed our stay at this accomodation. One of the best!! Stelios was so helpful and friendly and we had a good laugh. The view was amazing, looking out to sea and watching the sunset. Very private with your own security gates. If I was in this area again it would be the first place I would head for. Everything was there that you need and the bed was very comfortable.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

The house was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet but close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and checkout. It was the perfect location for 2 couples, close to local amenities and great food, and beautiful beaches It was the home from home we needed for a relaxing stay . The apartment is a great size and plenty of space for 4 adults . John made us feel right at home and nothing was too much hassle with quick responses. The kitchen had all the basics we needed along with a few extras , a good size fridge freezer for food and drinks. Use of a washing machine ( google translate helped to use it ) and we had clean towels and bedding with spares . The pool was clean and just outside the apartment and was relatively peaceful location with little noise disruptions. All the doors have bug screens as well as shutters. There was a bathroom/shower room on each floor so we had one per couple , including a comfortable sitting area downstairs. Each floor has its own balcony with seating and there is also an airer to dry clothes . It’s the perfect escape in a beautiful location
