Kea - Tzia as the Greeks call it - is probably the best kept secret of the islands of the cyclades archipelago. Only a 1 hour boat trip from the mainland port of Lavrio (20 minutes from Athens' El. Venizelos airport), Kea is a large montainous island with beautiful beaches. Little known to foreign tourists, attatched to its traditions, it is dotted with windmills and chapels and crisscrossed by ancient stonepaved hiking trails. A real "must see" is the prehistoric sculpture of a giant lion, which tradition claims that to touch the tip of his nose brings good luck, The picturesque and ancient site of Karthea which overlooks the sea and is reached only by following the road through a wild creek, is another "must" for a travellers itinary. Harmony is everywhere, life flows peacefully. Ioulis the main town, 10 minutes drive from the port, is a big pedestrian village, built like an amphitheater. A two minutes stroll from the heart of the village, but away from the hussle and bussle, the rental property is built in three levels. Typical Cycladic, stonewalled and breezy, it enjoys a panoramic view from the terrace: the City Hall and its square shaded by plane trees, the roofs of the village and the hill of Kastro and in the distance, the sea, Cape Sounion and the island of Evia... Tastfully decorated in local style, the cottage offers a simple comfort. With two bedrooms in differend levels it can accomodate 4 to 6 people max. Shower room and a second WC, kitchen with tiny fireplace, barbecue possible. We recommend a car or motorbike (which can be rented easily on the island) to access the wildest beaches, but it is possible to do without it, the busses shuttleback and forth between the port and the main beaches.

Παραδοσιακά φτιαγμένη η κατοικία σε ελάχιστα μέτρα από την θάλασσα με κρεβατοκάμαρα με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι με ανατομικό στρώμα, tv και ντουλάπα , τουαλέτα με κτιστά είδη υγειινής , καθιστικό με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι και πολυθρόνα -κρεβάτι , tv και κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με πλήρη κλιματισμό μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 5 άτομα Το αυτοκίνητο σταματάει στα 80 μέτρα από την κατοικία και και η πρόσβαση είναι με σκαλιά και παραδοσιακό δρομάκι. Έχει μεγάλη βεράντα με σαλόνι και 2 ξαπλώστρες παραλιας.

Beautiful cycladic rural house with modern elements and decoration that respects the greek island architecture. House with a lot of light, nice views of the horizon, sunset and the sea, very quiet, ideal for a nice greek vacation. Also, very close to the islands main shop life and 12 minutes walking to the nearest beach.

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

The "Charming Waterfront Retreat" is ideal for those that want to be close to the sea and have complete privacy. The villa is great for large families or a group of friends. The large terrace has everything you could possibly want, a large swimming pool 12.5 X 4 meters, several comfortable seating areas, a bar, large dining area, a BBQ and 60 steps leading to the sea. The villa has 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and sleeps 15 people.
