Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Kazakhstan

The apartment is located in a good area with excellent transport accessibility. The airport is about 25-30 minutes without traffic jams. There are many good cafes and restaurants nearby, a large shopping center. The apartment itself is spacious, there is everything you need for living. The mountains are visible from the window (but if there is no haze). Not far from the house, the 12th bus stops, which goes to Shimbulak. The owner of the apartment is always in touch, self-check-in and check-out is organized. The Internet is very fast. I recommend.

Very comfortable stay. Apartment was big. There was an elevator. Directions and instructions to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Location of the apartment was very near to the airport. Safe neighbourhood too. Thanks Сергей! Would love to come back again.

Nice house, there’s a playground nearby. walking distance to Groceries, Atakent Mall and Russian Embassy. Great value.

Very warm apartment, unlike many in Almaty. Even without heating and with open windows you sit and warm.

The apartment is super cozy, it has everything you will ever need. It definitely felt just like at home! It even has a medical kit. The hair dryer was superior, which is rare these days. Kitchen had lots of supplies, and complimentary water was provided as well. The bathroom had all the needs: shampoo, douche gel etc which makes it easier when you travel with just carry on. Highly recommend this apartment to everyone, you will love it!

The house was terrific everything was very clean, with very good amenities! The beds were very comfortable and nice and big! The house has a garden with a lovely lawn that I did not know in Kazakhstan, also there is a sauna there, the owner of the house was very helpful and accommodating. Firstly I would like to praise the Host as he was super helpful and responsive. this place is for nature lover and you can easily accommodate large families [easy for 10 to 12 people]. rite on top of mountain [indeed not easily accessible] but that's what you go here for. Complete cutoff from outside and get lost in the beauty and nature surrounding. however if you want to get city lively hood, it's 25 mins away and Call a Taxi do come to your door step. House had all the required amenities with proper heating for winters. Olzhas was super helpful, even guiding us with rentals for our shoe crampons. He had Sauna [we did not use it], great backyard for kids to play around, Safe locality, and a play area as well for kids. Amenities like Table Tennis, Kaeoke, PSP kept the kids and adults busy. A must stay place near Almaty

The apartment is light, cozy and comfortable for two. The kitchen had all the essentials for self-cooking. Comfortable sleeping place. There are many grocery stores and cafes within the walking distance. The hostess is very friendly and always available :)

The unit is in a Khrushchev building which is still very common in Almaty. But the location is very good and most importantly the unit itself is well refurbished and cleaned. The host is very responsive and helpful.
