Holiday rentals with lake access in Kazakhstan

The apartment matches the description. In the new building, it looks fresh, all new. Large size of rooms, comfortable bed, air conditioners. There is a courtyard, closed from cars, on the stylobate part. Among the disadvantages, you can note the location - it's a little far from the center. We got there mostly by taxi in 20 minutes

The apartment is in a nice neighbourhood of Almaty and for staying a few days I can recommend this place.

The apartment is small, just right for two to spend the night. A good place to stay for a short time. There is a private sector around, but there are several large shopping centers within a 20-minute walk. The owner is wonderful, always in touch

Mr Azmat is honest person and it’s more helpful always. The timing of check out exact time or he will allow maximum one hour more that’s it .it’s part of business. Overall he and flat is very good 👍

This is a great location. There are a number of restaurants in walking distance, the proximity to the botanical garden was great, the little markets behind the building had basic food items too. It was really a great setup for a short visit. Will plan to stay here again next time.
