We had a good stay, the host was very responsive and proactive. The room was clean, well heated and had all the amenities we needed. In case you are self driving there is also a parking area just outside the building. The place is at a walkable distance from the Ascension cathedral, Green bazaar and Arbat street. Multiple cafés and convenience stores are close by. Highly recommended.

The place is looking good, very spacious, great quality appliances. They provided towels, single use tooth brushes, coffee and tea, coffee pot, nice bedding clothes. The place is quiet and it was very easy to get to many places, like parks, squares and different sorts of restaurants.

It was our 1st time in Almaty. Timur was always in contact with us and checked upon our arrival till we reach the house. He was very friendly and helped us in all the ways. He suggested us the places to visit and always available in chat. He speaks pretty good english too. Timur and Dana are the great hosts. Dana gave us a great room tour. Very easy to check-in and check-out. We want to visit Almaty again and will book the same stay again as well. Flat was really spacious and we literally felt as our home. It's just a min of walk to arbat street. You can close your eyes and go for this apartment 💗 Location - 10/10 Hosts - 10/10 I'll recommend it to my friends too. Great apartment, made in European, a little Parisian style. Cozy, everything is for a comfortable stay, there are decent restaurants downstairs, there is a supermarket. I recommend it.

This is not the first time we have chosen this apartment. Comfortable location, spacious and cozy apartment.

The place was better then the pics. Karligash is an amazing host and the place was great for us. We were eight (four couples) and the place was more then adequate for us. The kitchen had all the utensils and more. The caretaker was always there without intruding into our privacy. At night we would leave things in the kitchen and she would work overnight to give us a spotless kitchen in the morning. The place is tooo big and in an open area with nice hills by the side. Quiet and open- what one needs for a vacation. There is a sauna in the property that can be used free of cost with a few hours notice. Clean towels, linen and everything. Thankyou.

The house is out of the city. We had suffer a lot due to the location and language difference

The host was super responsive and flexible. She was able to help us with an early check-in and a late checkout as we needed. The place was also exactly as described.

Professor Meirbek was a collaborator who took a ride in his car for free for five hours in the mountainous areas and nearby resorts and he was cooperating and with us meeting our needs and helping us a lot He was very generous so he gave us coffee and a delicious dinner On our first day We thank him, his family and his children

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

We stayed for 8 days at Kate's house with husband and 3-year-old son, and we highly recommend it! The house is modern and comfortable. There are restaurants, cafes for coffee, and a mini market just around the corner. It’s easy to get a taxi, and you can also take a bus within walking distance. Everything was great!

I stay at Rashida’s place for a month while working remotely. The place felt like a second home and I enjoy very much my stay there. The host was very responsive and offer cleaning service each week. The apartment is beautiful, clean and cozy.

I had an amazing stay at Azamat's Airbnb. From the very first time, Azamat and Aknur have been very friendly and helpful. Same way as I liked the mood and communication, I very liked the apartment itself. Looks like on the picture, very lovely cozy Airbnb. Perfect for rest, great to work remotely. Big smart-enabled TV with clear picture, stable internet connection, and fully equipped kitchen made this stay very smooth. I liked how two big windows can make the room very bright when it's needed. In the evening, you will find a lot of light switches allowing you setup the ambiance of the place as per your mood. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone looking for cozy space and restful time!
