We really tried to capture a big city, modern, minimalist feel. We wanted this home to feel comfortable, but to also be sleek and stylish. Located in Ponca City, but close to other towns including: Pawhuska: 44 miles Stillwater: 44 miles Wichita: 78 miles OKC: 90 miles Tulsa: 98 This is the perfect house to stay while exploring Ponca City and surrounding areas. It is pet friendly and offers plenty of parking, including boat and trailer parking.

James and Victoria’s Modern Cheerful Home!

An adorable green house with a nice modern interior! Sleep well on 2 nice queen beds with brand new, top of the line mattress! Sit back and relax with a 65” TV or enjoy cooking a meal with a well stocked kitchen. This house is located on Grand Ave just a few blocks away from beautiful downtown Ponca. It’s also very close to the P66 refinery. If you need a baby crib set up just let me know and I will have one for you!

This is a gorgeous house. James is so friendly and easy to talk to. Loved our room with the king-size bed. James seemed to think of everything that would make staying here fun, comfortable and restful. Also close to the Pioneer Woman's mercantile and the Tall Grass Prairie Preserve where we saw bison.
