Holiday rentals with a patio in Kavala Prefecture

Μεγάλο και ζεστό σπίτι με δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πεντακάθαρο με χώρο στάθμευσης εντός του οικοπέδου της οικίας. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι πρόθυμοι πάντα να μας βοηθήσουν. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή για δύο ζευγάρια. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και ελπίζουμε να ξανά έρθουμε σύντομα!

Un appartement très bien situé et à proximité direct du centre-ville. Emplacement calme qui permet de se reposer et facilement aller à la decouverte de Xanthi et ses environs. Je recommande ce logement

Ev sahibi inanılmaz ilgiliydi, her sorumuza anında cevap alabildik ve kendi evimizde hissetmemiz için elinden geleni yaptı. Tek problemimiz bölgesel su kesintisi olmasıydı fakat ev sahibimiz sürekli durum güncellemesi yaparak bizi bilgilendirdi. Bahçesi ve evin konumu gayet başarılı her şey için teşekkürler 🙏🏻

We had an amazing vacation in Teodora's house! Great location with everything you will need around you ( shops, cafes, restaurants). The house was so spacious and cozy we felt like we were at home. The whole place was spotless. Extremely clean and well organised! We loved the view! once you close the windows the house gets super quiet and you will hear no nose from the street. What we rally enjoyed was the sea view! Teodora was so nice and welcoming. Extremely responsive!

Very nice spacious apmt with an amazing view and a large backyard. Even though I visited in November, it was sunny and very cozy. Will definitely visit again!

Die Unterkunft von Penelope und ihrer Mutter war wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, eine toll ausgestattete Wohnung (insbesondere auch das große, bequeme Bett, der viele Platz in den Schlafzimmerschränken für die Kleidung und die Küche) und ein Garten, den unsere Tochter zum Spielen geliebt hat und in dem wir sehr oft gegrillt haben. Eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind in Laufentfernung. Penelope war immer schnell zu erreichen, super freundlich und hat uns klasse Tipps, u.a. für Restaurants gegeben. Ihre Mutter, die vor Ort im selben Gebäude wohnt, hat sich lieb aber unaufdringlich um unsgekümmert und ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung, wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen!!

We loved this place: the view down to the water was stunning and the village was quiet. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a great spot from which to explore the island.

Tercihiniz huzurlu bir köy evinde kalmaksa burası tam size göre. Bahçesi çok keyifli, Theologos köyü de çok güzel. Keyifli ve sakin zaman geçirmek için ideal seçim.

Nikos’un yeri çok temiz bir evdi. Ev gayet yeni bakımlı ve tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüş şekilde dizayn edilmişti. Ev sahibi Nikos tüm sorularımıza çok hızlı ve özenle cevap verdi.

The house was very nice. The backyard was very sweet and comfortable. The host communicated well and helped us. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. There were thoughtful details in the house. We were very pleased.

Το σπίτι βρισκόταν μέσα στην παλιά πόλη της Ξάνθης σε ιδανική τοποθεσία, όλα ήταν στα πόδια μας, καφέ, εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καταστήματα. Ο χώρος ήταν ζεστός, βολικός, εργονομικός και με άψογη αισθητική. Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ άνετη. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα την Ξάνθη ως προορισμό για διακοπές και φυσικά το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα, αν θέλει κάποιος να επωφεληθεί στο έπακρο όλα όσα έχει η πόλη να του προσφέρει. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Am stat cu copii in Prinos 11 nopti. Locatia se afla pe un deal de la terasa careia se deschide o priveliste nemaipomenita asupra muntilor si marii. E intr-atat de frumos incat nici nu-ti mai vine sa iesi undeva la micul dejun sau cina. In casa am gasit tot de ce am avut nevoie iar gazda Chrisoula si sotul ei au fost fantastici - mereu receptivi si atenti la orice detaliu. Legat de plaje - e necesar sa ai masina chiar daca exista si o plaja mai salbatica la circa 30 minute pe jos. Noi am vizitat mai multe plaje dar intr-un final ne-am oprit mai des la plaja Glifoneri la circa 12 minute cu masina. In cartier veti gasi un mini-market, o piata in aer liber deschisa lunea si o brutarie la care am devenit clienti fideli in cele 12 zile in care am stat. Locuinta se afla la circa 5 minute cu masina de Ormos Prinou unde sunt mai multe localuri si unde am mancat foarte bine.

İtinayla dizayn edilmiş çok keyifli bir yer. Alexander çok renkli bir kişilik. Tutkulu, tüm detaylar düşünülmüş köyün üst tarafında konumlanmış eve ulaşım maceralı olsada ulaştıktan sonra sunduğu manzara harika. Tam anlamıyla bir masal evi. Alex’in plajlar, restoranlar hakkında yönlendirmeleri müthiş isabetli. Eğer kalabalıktan uzak doğa işe başlasa güzel bir Yunan adası tatili peşinde iseniz kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Dar ve dolambaçlı köy yolu bence tatilimize ayrı bir keyif kattı. Bundan hoşlanmayanlar olabilir. Teşekkürler Alex…

Très bon logement et hôte t’es accueillante. Elle nous a répondu rapidement lorsque nous avions des questions et était très flexible en fonction de nos « contraintes ». Nous recommandons fortement !

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und jederzeit erreichbare Gastgeberin! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, uns fehlte nichts. Alles (sogar Jede Kleinigkeit) in der Wohnung, war gut überlegt und für das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gedacht. Generell mit Geschmack eingerichtete Unterkunft.

Kostas is super friendly and hospitable. He is very responsive and helpful - gave us recommendations, helpful tips and even delicious fruits. His apartment is super close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Το καταλυμα ηταν πολυ ομορφο και καθαρό και ο ιδιοκτήτης πολυ φιλικος και επικοινωνιακός Θα το ξαναπροτιμησω σιγουρα!!

Πολύ ωραίος και προσεγμένος χώρος, πλήρως εξοπλισμένος με οτι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος! Πολύ βοηθητικοί, ευγενικοι και πρόθυμοι οικοδεσπότες! Γνώριζαν ότι θα είχαμε μωρό και βρήκαμε επιπλέον εξοπλισμό στο σπίτι για μωρό! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, νιώσαμε πολύ άνετα!

Wonderful very helpful owner, very kind. The place is very clean. The beds were so comfortable. Very big kitchen. Plenty of free parking spots. Close to all restaurants. Very close to the beach. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
