Holiday rentals with beach access in Kavala Prefecture

We were there with four children (8,11,13,14) and the house was just perfect for us. Plenty of space and large rooms, the kitchen is perfectly equipped as we like to cook every day. The beach is 5 minutes away and the city center is about 10 minutes on foot. Very nice, friendly and accommodating hosts. Very good value for money. We would come back anytime. Netflix was the highlight for the kids. :)

Great place to stay. Two minutes from the beach area and five minutes from shops and restaurants. Nothing was missing in the studio. Communication with the host for everything is continuous. I recommend for a holiday. Thanks to the host.

Lovely apartment with garden, very near to the beach. Clean, cozy and cool, with all amenities. The landlord is very helpful, assists in everything. I am very happy with my choice and my stay.

Lovely apartment, cleanliness top notch, everything was fragrant, very tidy. It has a very beautiful sea view. It has a parking spot where you pass the elevator and go up to the house, very important. Napoleon is a great host, very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone!

Alexandros apartment is delightful. It is very artistically decorated and is very peaceful. The sea view deck has very comfortable lounge chairs and is a great place to relax and enjoy the sea air. The beach, restaurants and stores are all within walking distance. Alexandros was always available online and was very helpful and responsive. His father Philipo was on site and was very helpful as well. Philipo is an extremely kind and generous person. He brought us lush bunches of freshly picked grapes and other wonderful food during. We had a very relaxing stay in Alexandros apartment and highly recommend it.

It's truly a heavenly place, just like its name. It was very nice to spend a holiday with a green garden, beautiful fruit trees and flowers. Our hosts are the most wonderful, friendly hosts we have ever met. They have offered us many treats since we arrived. They also sent us off with gifts. If you prefer a calm and peaceful place, this is definitely the right address. The garden has a very beautiful view day and night. The sea is very close and the entire coast is incredibly calm. The cleanliness of the house was very nice. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely prefer this place again if we come back.

We were in Greece for the first time and are thrilled with the accommodation and the host. The apartment has a very nice location. Very quiet in a residential area with direct sea views. Check-in is done using a numeric code. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning that works perfectly, a small kitchen that contains the essentials for two people, shutters, shower gel, etc. Shower and toilet are separate. In general, the building is a very new construction (3 years old during my stay). The best thing was that the host actively approached us after arrival and gave us recommendations for good restaurants and attractions. After consultation with us, the apartment was cleaned daily. The beach and the waterfront of Nea Roda are within walking distance. In general, it is a great location to do things nearby. I highly recommend this place.

we stayed 8 nights in this apartment and we felt excellent. The position of the apartment complex in front of the beach and the promenade street with shops and taverns is very close. the complex is new, the furniture is of high quality and carefully arranged. The appliances are also of high quality. The pool is 9 meters long, but for a morning workout it is welcome. The pool water was warm and very clean. access with pets is allowed, they have a lawn where they can roam. Although I stayed in the second week of September, I had very good beach weather and warm sea water. We drew a winning card this tourism year! And one more thing for fishermen: excellent fishing spots in the sea and in the Old Port of Limani (about 8km away) and in the Struma River.

Despina's parents, Anna and Giorgios, are wonderful hosts. As well as preparing the apartment perfectly for us, they also served us several delicious meals unexpectedly. The location is 2 minutes from an unspoilt beach, surrounded by rocky coastline perfect for snorkeling (we saw octopus, garfish, cuttlefish, painted comber, and grouper). We had an idyllic holiday, and hope to return next year!

Honestly one of the best places we have stayed. House is beautiful and amazing location!! The host was very helpful, friendly and helped us in many ways with recommendations! This is amazing place, for people who want to enjoy on the beach, swim and watch the sunset from their own porch or sunbeds just in front of the sea. Outside is pebbles and maybe 2 meters on the entrance in water, and than sand. Clean water, good for swimming, fishing and diving. House have all we needed, full of sea details. You should have slippers for water, some repellent against mosquitos, ants, flies etc.. because somethimes you will need it outside. Rooms have nets, so it's ok inside. We have never been closer to the sea till now and that was incredible experience, real vacation, with rear people around us. Also, very good location for exploring nice beaches if you want and many other places. Anastasia's house is a very nice house to stay in peace. There is always hot water for showers. There are enough kitchenware for those who want to have breakfast at home, maybe a classic teapot could have be better. There is a great stove, clean and easy to use. We stayed in May and a few logs of wood were enough to sleep in a warm house until the morning. Although there were instructions on the way to the house, we arrived very late at night, so we had some difficulty finding the house. The house is outside the village, so you need a car to go shopping, have breakfast or at least to the beach.

Everything was perfect. The house is surrounded with magnolia trees you can enjoy in the beautiful garden. We had a great time there we felt just like home. Maria and her husband are great hosts. So friendly and helpful. When we arrive to the house Maria had made a cake for us and she gave local recommendations to us. The house is spotless clean and you can find whatever you need. There are 2 close beaches to the house that has crystal clear waters. Highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was a great experience. The house is next to the sea, and the beach is just at the end of the garden. The view from the garden is incredible. It was very peaceful, no noise at night. There is room for private parking. We didn't interact much but Efstratios was available and made sure I had everything I need. I definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful seaside vacation at Niko’s place with our kids. The apartment is right on the beach, safe and secluded, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children could safely play outside—in the yard, on the beach just steps away, or at the basketball court right in front of the building. The beach was beautiful, and the view from the terrace was unforgettable and peaceful, accompanied by the songs of birds. Niko was quick to respond and helpful with everything. We definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely loved our stay in Kavala at this charming place! The view from the window was truly breathtaking and made the uphill climb completely worthwhile. Having a parking spot was a huge plus given the limited availability in the area. The space was cozy and clean and the bedroom was comfortable. We also appreciated the hot water with great pressure—it was perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing quick getaway. Highly recommend!

Mary is our most favourite host. This is our second stay in her place and hopefully not the last one. She is an extremely kind, responsive, friendly and nice person. She makes us feel at home every time. The communication with her is very easy and fast, no wait to answer you back. The apartment is extremely clean, convenient and spacious enough for comfortable stay. It has everything you might need. Our favorite part of the apartment is the lovely terrace with an amazing view of the port of Kavala. The location is top - the heart of the old town, walk distance away from the nice tavernas, shops, bars and cafes. We absolutely recommend and would happily come back again.
