It has two bedrooms with double bed and in the living room has two semi-double beds and 1 sofa. The holiday home has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free WiFi and a full equipped kitchen.

The house is located near Peramos city (5,5 km), which is a beautiful touristic resort. Its necessary to bring your own car to reach the famous beaches of Amollofoi, which are 10 min. by car from the cottage. You can buy anything you need from Eleftheres village (5 min. walk from the house). There is a supermarket, a coffee place and a small tavern. The cottage is surrounding by olive trees and its very quiet. From the terrace you have a wonderful sea view! Its a magnific place for children!

Our house is located in the north side of Asprovalta. You can enjoy your privacy, although you reach the closest beach in 1 minute by car or 10 on foot. It has a large garden with a lot of trees and vegetation, as well as a BBQ area with kiosk. Let your kids play our garden, it's SUPER safe. Note that: Terra holiday home #1 and Terra holiday home #2 are in the same property area. You may rent both of them in case you are on vacation with friends :)
