This cottage is very charming and warm. The architecture of the home is very interesting. The upstairs room feels like a tree house with a peaked ceiling and the downstairs opens up to the outdoors. Everything is there to enjoy a long term stay and the location is peaceful while being very close to all the activity of Rajpur Rd. The garden is lovely and attracts the most beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies. Easy to use swiggy and blinkit from this location. I highly recommend 🪷🙏🏽

It was really a nice stay. The place is great for some peaceful time, with beautiful surroundings. Ajay and Shraddja was very supportive and proactive.

The Jabula Jungle Getaway is a one of a kind kinda place. As you enter you have a deep sense of calm that envelops you because you’re at the boundary of the jungle. The space has a little patch of garden with tulsi, cherry tomatoes, mint and lemongrass growing and the mogra flowers bloom at night spreading their fragrance around. This spot is perfect for someone wanting to get away from the hustle bustle of daily life and just relaxing. The house has been very tastefully furnished. The rooms are spacious, well lit and have good energy. You wake up to the birds chirping and natural sunlight. The kitchen is well equipped incase you want to cook. Wi-Fi & Netflix plus prime make it more fun incase you what a movie night in. The home is nestled in a residential colony, make sure you have your own transport. Shubham is an excellent host, very polite, responsive and helpful. Martin the property manager and the cleaning lady are all very helpful. I would highly recommend this beautiful space

Great location with a calm and peaceful surrounding. The property was clean and just 10 minutes from Robber's Cave. My family really enjoyed the stay!

Stayed here for a week in second half of April 2025. Although it's a rather dense locality, the place itself is located at a cul de sac of a small enclave. The place was cooler than I had expected, possibly due to the presence of several large old litchi trees, laden with fruits that provided a very good green cover and really enhanced the ambience. There was a wheat field behind the house, hidden away, with a ready to harvest standing crop. Col Thapa was a thorough gentleman and an empathetic host. On a side note, I was curious about the drums suspended from the litchi trees, but forgot to ask about it.

We had a good and warm stay that genuinely felt homely. It’s a great option for travelers, especially with the availability of home-cooked food and efficient chai, coffee services. Essential amenities like laundry, Wi-Fi & AC were all up to the mark, ensuring comfort. The overall cleanliness and positive vibe were noticeable. We appreciated Ranjana ji’s helpfulness (various small enquiries) which made things much easier. This place also works well for a staycation, as it provides all necessary amenities. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for peace, nature, and a chance to unwind. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet retreat in the mountains. It was a fantastic and majestically satisfying experience for us, simply loved the hospitality from Mr. & Mrs. Jaggi and their granddaughter - the sweetest little angel "Nehmat". After visiting almost 50 countries yet in this lifetime of mine and thus knowing different types of people / host, I can perhaps say that, I understand human beings and their nature quite well and thus I have no hesitation in recommending their place. You simply won't find a better place than this one in Dehradun. It's not only a gem of a place to stay but also a place for which full of care and kindness. The stay was nice, the property was modern, clean and peaceful, just as like in the photos. Siddhant was a great host, prompt & responsive. Went there with my family, felt right at home.

The host was welcoming and responsive, and the caretakers kept everything spotless. The property was absolutely Beautiful place, woke up to the clouds.

The condo was hygienic with functional kitchen. Clean bed linens. Overall worth the money. No fuss in checkin and checkout. Our trip went really smooth. All thanks to the host. Do recommend it!

The property was exactly what was depicted in the photos. Host was proactive and super responsive. The view of Ganges was cherry on the top. Overall it was a comfortable stay and would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Rishikesh.

I would highly recommend this play to anyone travelling along with you or family or friends. Shalini is a really great host who not only very proactive but also super helpful. We had very pleasant stay at this property and our super host was kind to accommodate last minute requests as well.

The location and view are excellent. The apartment itself is beautifully done up, interiors are in a Bohemian style and very soothing. Reena ji was super helpful in coordinating everything. Our only gripe was that, the apartment infrastructure is not that well-maintained. For eg., in one of the bathrooms the shower was not working, which got fixed later on. Then that bathroom's sink had a drainage issue. On our last evening, the kitchen sink's drainage pipe disconnected, and water leaked all over the floor. Reena ji was again helpful, sending people to fix it - but we couldn't use the sink that evening. But as nothing is perfect, these minor grievances aside, stay was excellent, very calm with the magnificent views of the pristine Ganges from our balcony. That last part, for us, overrode everything else, which is why I still am rating it 5 stars! PS: Note that if you don't have your own transport, you are dependent on the local autos, which you have to call and book in advance.

Serene and comfortable stay

Vatsalya is a lovely,well decorated property. The view from the balcony was very pretty! The stable & high-speed internet added to the quality of the stay. The hosts were very responsive & proactive. The kitchen was very well-equipped as well. The inactive door bell was the only minor inconvenience. I had a great stay here. I would've stayed for longer if it was available.

The place are exactly as described and Shiristi was too helpful on everything. It was a really wonderful stay at the property. Will come back again. Thanks!
