Welcome to Tinny house “Sunny Coast”. The summer cottage is suitable for 3 guests and is located behind our garden with its own entrance. The summer cottage is located in the middle of a quiet residential area, in the "old" part of Katwijk. When you walk out of the street, you can immediately hear and see the sea and the beach (300m) with cozy beach bars. The city center is also within walking distance with nice shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Welcome to our "Kraaiennestje". Centrally located in Katwijk, you will find our studio within walking distance of the beach and dunes, where you can enjoy a lovely walk. The shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. ESA/Estec is less than 15 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. The BIO Science Park-West is a 10-minute bus ride away. Katwijk has excellent connections to Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, etc.

Studio for 2 people

It is a 1-room apartment of about 20-25m2 equipped with a living/sleeping area with double bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. We offer a towel service, this means that your towels and tea towels will be changed every two days. The studio is located at the front of the building, if you look out of the window you can see the sea on the left and the center on the right.

Maison la Franchimon near the beach

Maison la Franchimon is a summer house in the center of Katwijk with all modern facilities for a wonderful beach holiday. The house is 5 minutes walk from the beach. The house has a living area (TV, Wi-Fi) with open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave oven and fridge, a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower and two double bedrooms. Free parking is also available.
