Small private apartment with private shower and toilet & small outdoor area :) . ~ Opposite a Rewe, flower shop and a gas station. 10 minutes walk to Northeimer downtown. Free WiFi 1 double bed + a couch for up to 2 more people (emergency solution, see photos) Single and double bed possible. We live in the same house, but there is a separate entrance for the apartment. Currently, there is no parking in the yard. Small area, not visible, for bicycles.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Spacious and cozy accommodation in a particularly quiet location with a view of the Leine Valley. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a large living-dining area, a shower room and a bedroom for up to two people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m). A sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) makes it possible to accommodate up to four people. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. All rooms are equipped with insect screens in the windows!

The old refurbished wooden beams provide a cozy comfort and the spacious 20 square meter terrace invites you to linger in summer at the latest, Balcony furniture and a beach chair are available for this. The train station in Nörten is easily accessible on foot within 6 minutes. You don't need any longer to get to the bakery.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a 2-family house directly on the outskirts and is very quiet. The nearest supermarket is 1.3 km away. A village butcher shop is located 500 m away.

My small Pony Pension is located directly on the Way of St. James It is no accomodation for working people. . You look in the green and on horse pastures. Own animals in the apartment are not allowed. if you stay as a pillgrim we can talk about the price.
