1. The villa is in a prime location: This is one of the few detached villas in Patong. It's only a 5-10 minute drive to central Patong Beach, Bangla Bar Street, shopping centres and Karon Kata Beach. The transport is convenient, making it ideal for exploring the bustle and vibrancy of Patong. After enjoying the nightlife of Patong, you can enjoy private and quiet personal time. 2. Newly renovated, modern and simple: The villa was built and renovated in 2024. It has three bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests, or 7 guests with an extra bed. Each bedroom is equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, an outdoor balcony and a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas to ensure the privacy and comfort of every guest. 3.
