Villa holiday rentals in Kathu

Absolutely awesome stay and the photos do not do it justice. From the moment you park the car. We had the two bedroom villa, great outdoor space and true infinity pool. Genuinely cannot fault the place. The staff, Faye and Den from the Philippines are just lovely people. Extremely helpful from breakfast to local spot for laundry. I travel to Phuket 3 to 4 times per year, but assuming it is available, I suspect this is where I will be staying. Fantastic selection of restaurants in the Bang Tao area.. The only thing to note, the villa is up on the hill which affords such awesome views, I drove up and down, zero issues. Can be walked, but suspect not for the faint hearted. Catlin is a great host, super responsive and nothing is a problem.

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s BEAUTIFUL with so many amazing details around every corner. The staff cannot be beat, they cater to every detail. We ate dinner there twice and it was AMAZING. The location is a little off the beaten track but once we found it easy to navigate. I can’t rave about this airbnb more, it was the best experience I’ve ever had. You have your own fridge but the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you could need. I’d stay here a thousand times over again. It’s perfect.

If you could give this home and their host the title Super Super host, they'll get it from us. We have a wonderful week, delicious breakfast everything was just perfect. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful with everything we could want. Their staff were so nice and made sure we had the best stay.

Beautiful villa in excellent location, secluded but close enough to Kamala. The private chef also cooked amazing food for us during the stay and the transfer was seamless.

Beautiful private villa with refreshing pool. More spacious than photos. John very helpful before and during our stay and was very happy to give recommendations and happy to make arrangements for us. The location was ideal for us with easy access bars/restaurants and to the wonderful Zurich bakery! Driver (Khai) was always available for various group sizes and distances. Would highly Recommend and would stay again.

Absolutely stunning. We booked the villa the night before after our hotel cancelled our reservation. We were so happy Peter was able to host us last minute. The house is beautiful. The rooftop pool was perfect with amazing sea and Mountain View’s. Peter was very flexible with us when we checked out of the villa. His team was so welcoming & kind to us. Highly recommend!

We were a family of 6 in total. Olivier was extremely helpful and understood what we would need for two young children in the villa. I highly recommend this villa and everything about Olivier. 10/10.

Fluke is responsive. The villa is clean and tidy with an amazing pool in a peaceful and quiet area of Phuket. 10mins drive from Phuket airport, and 5mins drive to the beach. Definitely a great place to relax!

Benoit Was an ABSOLUTELY GREAT HOST ! I can not express how great he was. From greeting us when we got to the Villa to giving us recommendations, checking in on us. Before I even arrived for my 35th Birthday he had my room fully decorated and a cake waiting for me. He even ran an errand for us with no hesitation. Whenever I visit Thailand again I will definitely be staying at Benoit‘s property. It looks exactly like the photos online even better. Cleaners cleaned very well and so does the pool guy. It was really an amazing experience and I would do it all over again.

Caroline was a wonderful and considerate host. We stayed here for our honeymoon with family and she made us feel very special with some beautiful personal touches. She took the time and care to show us around the property and was very responsive to any messages. The property feels nicely tucked away for a peaceful time chilling by the pool. You need to order a Grab for groceries or to taxi into town but we never found that too big a hassle and staying at the property was well worth it. Caroline you are such a pleasant and friendly person and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your property to anyone else heading out to Phuket. Thank you so much for making the rest of our time in Phuket so memorable.

Very beautiful place and very responsive host worth money

Staying there was absolutely outstanding! The house was beautiful, as described, and even better than we expected. Very clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The host was extremely helpful – he recommended beautiful beaches and places to visit, quickly answer any questions, and even help with renting scooters. His support made our stay seamless and even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay! It looks exactly like the pictures. Super clean! The main street is within walking distance and really has a lot to offer. If you don't feel like walking away in the evening, you can make yourself comfortable by the private pool. Communication went smoothly. I'm sure we'll be back. THANKS🙏🏽:))
