Holiday rentals with a pool in Kata Noi Beach

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described - clean and very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in smooth and hassle-free with clear guidance and instructions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Wonderful host and a beautiful property! Everything was smooth and hassle-free during our stay. The location is great—just a 5-10 minute drive from Bangla Street, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to nightlife and entertainment. An ideal getaway for anyone looking to enjoy both peace and excitement.

Bob’s place was beautiful and we loved the dog and the “rustic” stay. The garden is lovely, the sea view fantastic and the location excellent in general, but especially for training at Sinbi Muay Thai. It felt extremely safe and clean. Bob provided clear instructions for checking in and a helpful list of recommendations. Having a kitchenette and laundry machine was very helpful! For the sake of transparency, sharing notes from our experience during hot and humid rainy reason: 1) there is no AC in the kitchenette/ living room area so it’s quite hard to use comfortably in this season. There is a fan and it’s not unbearable, but it is hot. 2) The AC in the bedroom works perfectly well but it will not get the room ice cold by American standards. We slept comfortably though. 3) The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a 3/4 wall which would be fine for a solo stay but more difficult when you are a couple negotiating bathroom use. 4) WiFi was sufficient for browsing but weak for remote

Great location, close to the beach and very responsiive host!

Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. This is the kind of Host one craves on airbnb. Mary, from the get go provides all the options you want, the absolute perfect description to the most minute detail and the flexibility options should plans change. From communication to the welcome received, I highly rate this apartment for its cleanliness and location. Yes it is up a steep hill, so not ideal for everyone, but a hired scooter or car helps out with that. All the amenities one needs are available, so it's pretty ideal for a homebody who just wants to hang out at home all day. I thank Mary and her team for the great welcome.

As we ended up checking in later than planned we struggled to find the building we were supposed to to be in. But in the day it would have been easy! Ian was super helpful and lovely! The place itself was lush, very clean, good gym and amazing pool! Would recommend !!

I’m very glad that during my trip to Phuket I decided to book the apartment rented out by Anirut. The place is very clean and cozy, with a well-functioning water heater and air conditioner, and a pretty nice view from the balcony. I was especially touched by the host’s attention to detail — absolutely everything one might need was provided (from basic items like towels to beach gear). I was particularly happy to find cooking oil and a generous selection of spices in the kitchen. On top of all that, there was a capsule coffee machine with capsules included. Anirut himself explained everything in detail about the accommodation and met us both at check-in and check-out. We will definitely come back here the next time we visit the island! 😇

We had a great stay, the balcony was absolutely fantastic for our family of 6, plenty of space. Zeng was extremely helpful with everything to do with the apartment, he also helped us organise our airport transfers and trips to Phi Phi and James Bond Island through his contacts, both trips are highly recommended and the prices arranged were well below the advertised rates. The transfer guys were so helpful and got us to the apartment for 1,200 each way, the travel time from the airport to the apartment is between 60 and 90 mins (traffic can be busy). One thing to keep in mind is that Thailand rentals do charge for electricity and water on top of your booking cost. We knew this before our stay but it could catch you out if unaware and you don’t have any idea what the bill will be until you check out. For 12 nights our cost came to about 5,500, about £10 a day. You need to keep available cash spare for this.

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.

Was in Phuket for 5 days and it was a great place to stay. Perfect location as it’s in the middle of everything, nithkife and beaches. With restaurants and shops all over.

We booked this villa for our family of 12. We absolutely loved the villa! Immaculate place and very friendly and responsive staff. They made us feel very welcomed and were accomodating to our requests at a timely manner. The breakfast was delicious and they gave great recommendations on activities. The beds were so comfortable as well as the couches. The pool was nice and clean. There were many outdoor lounges/seating areas. From the beginning of our booking to our check-out we were well looked after. Highly Recommended! We wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Exceptional service. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful at all hours and very kind and friendly. The place was spotless upon arrival and cleaned daily with fresh towels for every room. Felt right at home and very safe, within a gated and guarded complex. Very good layout, comfortable beds, cosy but also lots of space, very well maintained overall. Loved our stay and we were very impressed with everything. Highly recommend. Will be returning for sure.

Our 2 families had a fantastic stay, the staff at the villa were fantastic so helpful and polite. We had several meals at the villa which were so delicious and amazing value, as other people had said cheaper than eating out. Noi and Otto were fantastic at helping us to book trips and everything was great with these too. Thanks to Noi, Muay and the rest of the staff for such an amazing stay and making many happy memories. I would highly recommend staying at the villa it so comfortable and away from the chaos of Katu town and absolute Gem thanks so much

We've stayed in the Villa for 2 weeks. The place is absolutely amazing. Pool is great and our kids loved it. Margaret is a great host, very responsive and also have a great team locally that is always ready to to help you with any of the queries. Also Villa services like cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance were spot on. Location is super family friendly - away from the Patong craziness but close enough to Bang Tao beach and local restaurants and shops. Every room have a separate bathroom and 2 of them have even an outside private shower which is amazing ! Villa is very well kept and maintained with a highest standards. The option of free airport transfer is also a very welcoming addition. If we ever go back to Phuket we will be coming back to this place as it ticks all the boxes for us and even exceeds some of our expectations. Highly recommend !

Amazing place. Pictures don’t do justice. Place is huge. It’s great you get all the good things you would with an Airbnb but also with the percs of a luxury hotel with the room service, food, rides etc

We recently stayed at Jurgita’s place in Phuket, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The home was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our whole family. Although it’s a little bit away from the main Patong Beach area, we actually appreciated the peacefulness and quiet of the neighborhood. It felt like a serene escape while still being close enough to explore everything Phuket has to offer. Jurgita and her team were incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. If you're looking for a relaxing, family-friendly place with great hosts, I highly recommend staying here!
