Apartment holiday rentals in Kata Noi Beach

The apartment was lovely and exactly as shown, and the walk to the beach is short and sweet. We're in a great area surrounded by a market that will have everything you need. The hosts directions helped us navigate our way to the beach and around Karon market, and check in/out was very smooth. I highly recommend this stay!

The place was just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. The location is perfect. Some of the best beaches are just around the corner. The massage offered was also really good. :) Would definitely recommend! I would definitely come again!

Enjoyed my stay here! Super close to the Karon beach, you have everything needed in the walking distance (7/11, pharmacy, restaurants). There is a huge supermarket Makro 20 min away by foot if you consider cooking by yourself. Kitchen is fully equipped and I found it super convenient to cook myself :) Hosts were responsive, very helpful and took care of the cleanliness. I was not feeling good - and Surachai (co-host) sincerely offered any help or medicine, this made me feel very welcomed. Thank you for offering such a beautiful and comforting space🫶

Very nice place to stay. Close enough to go to Rawai beach on foot. The free shuttle to the beaches ( Yanui and Naiharn or Promtep cape) is very good. Always on time. The swimming pool on the roof has a great view, we could order drinks from the swim up bar. The other pools are nice as well. The duplex is as in the pictures. We loved staying there. Juliia always responded quickly to all the requests we had.

Noi has always helped us whatever need . Thank you noi , I will definitely stay in your place again in future . We were facing some sound problem due to the ac in one of our room but Noi replaced the ac with a new one as soon as we informed. I recommend everyone if you looking for a peace place with this budget then best place you can find this.

I took my first steps in Phuket, with this accommodation. In my opinion bike is necessary, to get the full Phuket experience - but location is good with near 7/11, Bank and beach area. Pool is a great add on - pro Tipp, experience it after you spent your time in town to cool off. Good to have security in front of doors, gives a sense of security. Many Russian folks around, but I heard thats common for Phuket anyway.

Love the location. Its near to the beach and also quite at night. So it not far from busy street but you can also get calm sleep

Stayed for a month in this flat, this is a great place with a fantastic view surrounded by nature, it's near Karon beach and many restaurants so lots of stuff to do, we loved everything about this flat, probably the best place to stay in Phuket. Warissara is a great host, very kind and always ready to help.

The best aspect of our stay was the view and the beds - sunsets from here are impeccable and the beds are cozy. The host is a good communicator and the property manager is highly responsive and attentive to concerns. Overall our stay was good and pleasurable.

Amazing apartment, even more beautiful than the photos, with beautiful beach view and amazing sunsets. Pussadee was so helpful, flexible and generous. The day after we checked in some renovation started in one of the apartments next to us and Pussadee did her best to help, and while the renovation continued during our stay we decided to stay due to the apartment being so great. The beach is only a few minutes walk, restaurants and 7/11 as well and great laundry service. The staff at the building was so great, we traveled with our 7 months old and they were so helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great experience!❤️ Things worth mentioning: as I mentioned there was some renovation next to us, it's not during the weekend, only week days, some days it was very loud and we left the room for a few hours to avoid it, in others it was manageable and our baby could even nap, and in the evening you can hear a little bit of the music from the bars outside, which we kind of liked. ☺️

The apartment is located on a mountain with great views and awesome facilities. Jin is awesome and you will have zero problems with communication. Just be aware that apartment is up a steep hill. But if you have a scooter it’s too easy. Apartment is exactly like the photos and there is pretty cool bathtub on the balcony, perfect for sunsets. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 4 minute walk to 7/11 and all shops you will need. Overall a great stay and host is very accommodating with check in check out times and helping you with errands you may need. 10/10!

Great place worth the visit, only issue is that the electricity bill was not included and we had to pay extra for it which is fine because the price of the property is good for the value. Overall Outstanding place and perfectly matched the description. Was clean and the view was incredible. - Thanks to the host 👏

Loved our stay in Phuket. Enjoyed the beautiful, private accommodations with a gorgeous view and a short walk to the beach. Lots of nice restaurants either walking distance or a tuk tuk ride away. Soam is super responsive to any questions about the place as is Steven. Neung, our driver, is available for transportation as well. Everything was lovely.

I highly recommend this Airbnb for solo travelers or couples. What you see is exactly what you get—spotless, neat, and beautifully designed. The interior is lovely, and the space feels just right: spacious enough for two, yet still cozy if you’re alone. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, and the in-unit washing machine was incredibly convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable, though the pillows were a bit soft for my preference—but I still slept well. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. Kornnata was very responsive and helpful, ensuring all my requests and concerns were taken care of promptly. She even provided me with a water gun and two waterproof casings for Songkran, which was such a thoughtful touch. The Airbnb is located on a hill—not too far up—but if you rent a motorcycle, I highly recommend exploring a bit further up. The view from the top was absolutely spectacular. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at Kally’s place! The location was ideal—just a short walk to markets, the beach, currency exchange, and places to book tours, making everything super convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Kally was a great host, very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Considering this is right smack back in the middle of Bangla Road, you don't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location and really good apartment if you want to be central to everything. Alex was a great host too with clear check in instructions and was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Very helpful and he made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend staying here.

Very nice place in Keemala. Good location next to super market and fast food not far from the party area. Communication and check in was very easy. Host was responsive and very nice overall bnb clean and peaceful.
