Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kastellorizo

We went on a honeymoon with my wife, the design of the villa, the beauty of the decor, the cleanliness, the ease of access to everything was perfect. The host was caring and relevant, friendly. A place to come again. Everything was available in the villa, you need to take your food and drink, I would recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

It was a beautiful experience that we had a very enjoyable time. The house was exactly the same as in the photos, cleanliness was taken care of, and everything that could be needed in the kitchen was available. The market was within walking distance, and the restaurant and beaches were very close by car. It is very suitable for those who want to spend a holiday in a calm and peaceful village. When we first went, fresh tomatoes and roses were on the table for us, thank you for your nice behavior.

Everything was great - small issue finding villa as we had english name for villa and signage was in Turkish. Otherwise any issues we had were quickly resolved and we enjoyed a very relaxing 10 days. An easy stroll into Kalkan and very close to all the beach clubs.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

İlyas Bey is a wonderful host — his place is in the best part of Kas with the most marvelous view! İlyas was highly responsive, friendly and a magnificent host with lovely recommendations. The stay was great and made our Kas vacation perfect. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend that you stay at İlyas Bey’s home. Incredible!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The location is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by olive trees, with a stunning view of the sea. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. At night, you can see so many stars — it’s magical. The villa itself is comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Deborah and Önder were very caring and sweet people. They helped us with everything, asked about our shortcomings and found solutions. It was one of the sweetest houses in Kalkan. We had everything we needed. We will come again next year. Thanks for everything. 🤍

It was a suitable environment for my wife, who is well isolated from the surroundings and is hijab. We felt that the house had a soul. It was thoughtfully arranged and spacious with its garden. The information and photos of Hüseyin gave about the house were exactly right, and there was even more. A place suitable for a nice relaxing holiday. You can order your needs from local markets, but there are a wide variety of things that can be done by taking advantage of the amenities of the Villa and not leaving the house. So it's good to do a nice shopping and go. Because you don't want to waste time constantly in Kaş or Kalkan. The only thing to note is that it will be beneficial to have a private vehicle to arrive at the Villa. Zâten Hüseyin informed us about this as well.

It was a wonderful holiday, everything was perfect, the view was legendary

We had a great time staying in Hillary’s apartment with our two young boys. The apartment was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was great! We were able to park our car in the carport under the apartment which was convenient, otherwise we walked everywhere. As some other reviews mentioned the entire town is on the side of a big hill but we were able to make it up and down with our stroller and toddler, so it is do-able!

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We loved staying here! Waking up and having a view of the ocean was absolutely wonderful. The location is a bit outside of town, much quieter which was exactly what we were looking for. However so easy to drive into town for dinner and convenient to various beaches and sites. We accidentally left a few belongings and Mehmet has gone out of his way to help return them to us. Highly recommend staying at Mehmets!!!

We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults for 7 nights in this beautiful apartment with the most amazing view! Easy to communicate and book from Australia and when you walk inside you will immediately notice how clean & comfortable the apartment is. We ate in every night and had all we needed to cook/prepare meals. Washing machine is very useful & you have a big fridge for food & drinks which can be hard to come by in other properties. Adam, Sumeyra's dad was so lovely, happy and friendly, also very caring about our experience. Great location between Kaş and Kalkan and there's a small market about 1km from the apartment that sells bread, drinks, beers and other basics. There is a Migros very close too with reasonable prices. Kaputaş Plaji is 5 mins drive...best of both worlds! We would absolutely stay here again. There are about 15 or so steps to reach the apartment but our 78 and 79yo mothers managed no problem. Fantastic value!!! Thankyou Sumeyra and Adam

We stayed at Meltem’s place for two weeks and would definitely recommend! The location is great, as it’s close to town and whether you have a car or not you won’t have issues as there’s also a dolmuş (bus) stop close by. The view is lovely, and being a bit higher up means you get some mountain breeze! The apartment itself was also lovely, and clean! We had most things we’d need but as we were staying a little longer there was the odd thing missing - but Meltem was very helpful and would immediately bring anything extra we asked for. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to Kaş and would love to stay here again! Thank you to Meltem and her husband for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

Perfect accommodation in every way: - large terrace with a view - super well equipped with EVERYTHING you may need, even what you would never have thought of - quiet location but within walking distance of all amenities (microphones, cafe, restaurants) and at the foot of the large Thursday market. - easy parking - cleanliness I've rarely seen - A/C in the main rooms - a super responsive host, very pleasant and very helpful. in short, recommended +++ Worth 5/5 and its superhost status

everything was as shown in the photo. The host was very interested. We loved that there was something to eat at home. We had a smooth communication. We had a very pleasant holiday. The only problem is that there are no mosquito nets in the house.

Chris was so interested before our arrival. Answered our questions in a timely manner provided us with the necesaary information and tips. Vildan Hanım and Ender Bey also helped us with the problems during our stay. They were easy to reach and quick to act. The stay was just wonderful. We were extremely happy and satisfied with every detail of the house and its facilities. If we will have the chance, we would be more than eager to stay there next year as well. P.S. there was no spare sheets or towels, this might be the one small thing we can complain. But contacting with Vildan Hanım, she solved our problem right away.

Lovely comfortable apartment bed especially comfy - everything you could need for a lovely stay

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

It was beautiful in terms of location, there was no parking problem, the markets were within walking distance, the kitchen appliances were all complete. The house was tidy, clean and peaceful. I stayed with my wife and 8-month-old daughter, we enjoyed it very much, I can say that we have accumulated beautiful memories in that house. During our stay, our kitchen gas cylinder ran out, but even though it was a holiday, Mr. Bora took quick action. This was important to us because I had to prepare supplementary food for my daughter all the time, so thank you very much. We didn't even need to buy water for the house, he thought of everything, even the carboy. Thank you for a pleasant experience. 🙏🏻

A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily and would recommend it to anyone!
