We had a wonderful stay at Villa Efa. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Erika who helped us with the check in and showed us everything within the villa. We even received wine, olive oil and a fruits basket as a welcome present. This villa has everything that a family needs (e.g. a wonderful pool and a well equipped kitchen) and is as beautiful as the photos show. Since it’s located in Višnjan, there isn’t much to do or see in the village and you have to travel to nearby cities.

We hebben een super vakantie gehad. Mooie villa echt een thuis. We werden leuk ontvangen. Je moet wel een auto hebben om erop uit te gaan. Het zeker een aanrader.

Fantastisch huis met prachtig zwembad met heerlijke relax stoelen en buiten zitje en eettafel onder een pergola. Bedden heel comfortabel. Twee mooie badkamers en een keuken met alles erop en eraan. De eigenaresse was aanwezig om ons welkom te heten en uitleg te geven. Heel fijn, zeer vriendelijk. Verder reageerde zij heel snel op vragen. Op loop afstand minder dan 10 min 3 fijne restaurants en supermarkt. Ook olijf- en wijnproeverijen op loop afstand. Mooie stadjes zoals Novigrad en Rovinj goed bereikbaar met de auto. Top week gehad, echt een aanrader!

Super Unterkunft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Everything was as shown in the description and in the photos. We had a really nice stay with 12 persons.

The location of this place was a pleasant surprise. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is situated on a hill which opens a wonderful view to the valley and one can see the sea from the balcony of the second floor. It is especially nice in the evening when the nearest city is light. There is no noise, no traffic and not so much people around which can disturb you in this peaceful place. The pool is reasonably big to have a comfortable swim. Overall, the house is very convenient for the rest with the family or friends. Sincerely recommend this place!

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub in einer Gruppe. Die Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Strand und Stadt, ist hervorragend. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen. Der Urlaub hat genau unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Gerne wieder!

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, perfekt für mehrere Familien oder größere Gruppen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, die An- und Abreise kann sehr flexibel gestaltet werden.

This is a beautiful area of Istria, the sea is clean, the people are friendy. The place is beautiful, our host thought of everything. The neighbors were kind and helpful, and the view is amazing. If you arrive with a car it is very convenient to go to the nearby towns for exclusive dinners or shopping, but the local restaurant (Intrade) had an exceptional chef and server as well. Try the wine of the house there, and the steak!

Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist super schön und groß. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren sehr schön und fast täglich in Benutzung. :)) Der Kontakt zu Saša war sehr gut, man konnte sich jederzeit melden.

Fornito di tutto l'occorrente per sentirsi a casa. ottima struttura così come le finiture e la splendida piscina che domina la parte di cortile interna. Anche l'area per grigliare e mangiare all'aperto è stata molto apprezzata da tutti gli ospiti. Insomma un posto favoloso dove tornei volentieri

Super schönes Haus mit großem Garten und tollem Pool! Das Haus war sehr neu und die Ausstattung top! Auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, selbst Spüllappen und Geschirrhandtücher auch Gewürze standen zur Verfügung. Betten waren auch sehr bequem, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher mal wieder :)

Die Villa SUN ist ein wunderschönes Reiseziel! Wir hatten einen unglaublich tollen Urlaub und eine gute Zeit! Die Villa sieht identisch aus wie auf den Fotos, sehr sauber und hat eine beeindruckende Auswahl an Küchenutensilien - uns wurde nicht zu viel versprochen. Sogar der versprochene Meerblick war vorhanden. Marija sowie wie die Co-Hosterin waren immer erreichbar und haben uns unterstützt, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen oder Restaurants benötigten. Wir können mit gutem Gewissen sagen, dass wir diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank für diesen Aufenthalt ☺️

Sehr schöne Villa mit großem Garten und Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet mit einer großen Sitzlounge und zusätzlich gibt es eine Auswahl an Ballsportarten für den Garten. Ideal für eine Gruppe von 6-8 Leuten.
