Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kaštelir-Labinci

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

We really enjoyed staying at Palmira‘s apartment. It was very clean and lovingly furnished/decorated. The host was really kind and gave us a welcome feeling right in the beginning. The only thing that was a pity was that the garden was not only for private use. It was a garden used by everyone. But all in all we definitely recommend this apartment and would book it again!

Thank you again for the wonderful time with you. We felt very comfortable and our daughter loved the playground in the garden. Everything was fenced in, so we could let them play freely. Everything we needed for our stay and everyday life was available. The location is a little off the beaten track and very quiet, which was just right for us. It is about 15-20 minutes on foot to the beach. I would like to mention the hospitable and very courteous manner of Barbara and her family in a particularly positive way. We had very nice conversations and got one or two great excursion tips. All in all, a very successful and beautiful family holiday!

Simply fantastic house, we were 7, 4 adults and 3 boys, the guys slept on the sofa beds in the immense living room, we had the two double beds. Pool, hydro bathtub, porch with table. Everything is great. Coin-operated laundromat a few steps away. You can get around by car, but in a few minutes you can reach everything! The owner waited for us and let us see the whole house. Everything is perfect!

We were fortunate to spend our holiday at the beautiful Villa Eda and can highly recommend this accommodation! The villa itself is simply stunning: spacious, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. We spent a few pleasant days in this B&B. The apartment was clean and very cozy, garden equipped with all comforts. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. Recommended!

We were there with the two kids. Family-friendly is 100% true here. You feel at home and Oggi the dog is in the hearts of the children inside. Totally sufficient for 2+2. Great grill on the terrace. Relaxation for the parents, because the children can play nicely on the property. Will come again any time :)!

A small, quiet gem in the middle of a tourist stronghold, away from the hustle and bustle. Milica is a very friendly and lovable person. The stay was pure relaxation. Especially great, a private parking space directly in front of the apartment. 100% recommendation if you bring peace and enjoy the peace. 😊😊👍👍❤️❤️

We had a great stay at Connor's! The house and garden including pool are great and very suitable to spend a nice time with family and dog. A very nice freely accessible large beach is located north of Porec (Pichlinger Mer/Hawaii Beach). Dogs are also allowed to bathe here. The house is very practical and beautifully furnished, a real oasis of well-being. Occasionally, you can hear boisterous party guests from other houses. However, this location is still absolutely recommended!

We enjoyed the stay at Goran’s home. Close to the beach, famous towns, restaurants and shops by car. The pool was refreshing and my dogs enjoyed the house as well, as it was 100% fenced so they could run free.

We had a very pleasant stay, we lacked nothing. Very warm welcome by host Victor and provided with a lot of information about what to see and do in the area. Tar is a quiet place that is great as a base for exploring northern Istria.

It was a lovely stay. The host and hostess are super friendly and want to help you with everything. Everything was completely to your liking!

The little cottage is small and very cosy! A lot of parts are kept in its original beauty but of course renovated. Because of its originality it’s very little isolated which meant that it was rather cold inside (especially the floor). Which in summer is probably a major advantage. End of September not so much (colder weather as usual). Absolutely stunning is the incredibly big garden, with a huge pool, ponds, vegetable garden, many seating areas, it’s a place for the kids to run and play, a little kids playground. A paradise for birds, a place of tranquility. The garden is made with lots of love and cared for. The only minor drawback for us was the very punctual (but also very kind) cleaning lady that nocked on our door at the exact checkout time, 10am. We can still absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone but especially for families with small kids.

The five of us had a wonderful vacation here! Melanie and Chris have really created a little oasis here and can't be beat as hosts. Even when our car had a breakdown, we could count on the two (and the neighbors).

Great location, super large property with lots of opportunities to relax. Amazing pool with nice ambiance and each apartment has its own terrace. Very friendly support on site.

A spacious house with all you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool area is very nice and a lovely garden with evening sun. The deck overlooking the sea was just perfect.
