Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kaštelir-Labinci

We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. There is nothing that could have been better. Anyone who just wants to switch off for a few days and relax without being disturbed, Simone's house is highly recommended. Rosi is great and flexible, the property is a dream, the pool always clean and you have everything you need nearby.

Very nice place with big pool. Had quick reaponse from host when we needed. Porec just 10 min drive with lots of activities and shops. We had lovely holiday

We were 12 people from different families and different ages, all found a room and a bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean and super practical. From the sandwich toaster, to air conditioning and clothes rack, everything was there. You can visit Porec, Novigrad and Vrsar in the area and it doesn't take long to get there. We were also at the Cape and in Pula. It was nice that we had a neighbor dog and two neighbor cats who always greeted us outside. Mirjana was very nice as a hostess. We will be happy to come back.

Ivano was a very good and warm host. He even left us local specialties as a guest gift at the property. The recommendations and the small talk were great! Ivano is quick and easy to reach for a question or problem. The place had everything we imagined. The hot tub was lovely! I'd love to come back!

Perfect stay We had a fantastic time in this villa in Croatia, despite not quite as good weather. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcomed us warmly. We would particularly like to emphasize that Dejan heated the pool for us free of charge, as the weather unfortunately did not play along. That was an absolute plus and sweetened our days! We were there with a total of four adults and four children and the villa was perfect for us. The gym has an extra play corner with Lego and Duplo, which was a highlight for the kids. The villa is very spacious with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so everyone had enough space. We really didn't miss anything! Really EVERYTHING you need is available! We can highly recommend this villa and will certainly be happy to come back!

A spacious house with all you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool area is very nice and a lovely garden with evening sun. The deck overlooking the sea was just perfect.

A super nice house with great pool and beautiful garden. We were in regular contact with our point of contact. It was accessible throughout and always there for us immediately! There is a lot to explore in the area and also action for the children. Unfortunately, most of it can only be reached by car, but this is hardly significant compared to anything else. Because - Conclusion - here you feel welcome and like home! A great vacation!

Marija is a very nice host. They will explain everything and check you in personally. It was great. To the beaches by car 5min - the beaches further from the city were private, not crowded. To the center of Porec by car 5min. The location is really peaceful. The only thing I would love if everyone had a little oil, sugar, spices - only salt and pepper are available in the kitchen. Otherwise, the kitchen is superbly furnished. The place matches the photos. For me a real touch of Croatia. We had a great time and recommend it to everyone.

Hello, We had a very nice time in the apartment. Everything was clean and we were allowed to check in early. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Lucian and Mirjana had brought us fresh tomatoes, figs and fish, a hospitality we had never known before. Thanks again for that. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower, which is a big plus👍. We were passing through for 4 nights at Bojana's. We were very nicely received, even the dog Sarah of her parents was happy. The apartment is beautifully furnished, especially the bathroom with the infrared sauna is nice to relax in the evening. The kitchen and bedroom are well equipped, the bed was comfortable. In the living room, there is a large fireplace, but only a small couch, chilling on the sofa for two is not really possible. Outside there is a small bench and an armchair with a table, a few sun loungers would be even cooler. We had cosy evenings with Sarah (dog) with a picnic blanket. Overall, we were very satisfied and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

We had a great stay. Good location to reach everything in Istria. The apartment is very stylish, well kept and was absolutely clean. The house and premises are very nice and also well kept. We had a very nice stay in the "study", which is the smallest apartment, but more than sufficient for two people thanks to the generous layout and great amenities. Directly in front of the entrance area is a small balcony that points directly into nature - peace and good air included. Overall, the stone house is away from streets and places, but very easy to reach, check-in via Lina from the neighborhood was flexible and straightforward. The beautiful town of Groznjan is not far away both on foot and by car. The landlords Graziella and Jens are very nice and were always available if you wanted to have tips or ideas via the recommendations in the detailed welcome letter. A place to come back to.

Very nice terrace with freely accessible meadow. The property is secured with two gates and everything is surrounded by a fence. The dog is allowed to run free. The terrace is easily visible to neighbors but nicely located in the rear courtyard. Kaja lives in the new building next door. From there, several cameras significantly increase the sense of security in the access area to the apartment. The Plombine supermarket is a 3-minute walk away. In 12 minutes, you can walk to the Tequilla Beach cocktail bar right on the dog beach. Fenced dog playground with many agility elements within 3 minutes' walking distance.

It has spacious bedrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Particularly impressive was the large garden with a pool, which is perfect for relaxing afternoons. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and is ideal for outdoor dining. Service: The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They welcomed us warmly on arrival and were available for questions and concerns throughout our stay.

Very nice villa with a great garden and pool. We felt very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was also very good. The pool area is beautifully designed with a large sitting lounge and in addition there is a selection of ball sports for the garden. Ideal for a group of 6-8 people.

Dino and his wife are the perfect hosts, taking care of everything you need, being responsive and helpful. At the same time they respect your privacy and let you enjoy beautiful house. The house is amazing and larger then even expected. The swimming pool huge and warm and jacuzzi in the evening was a perfect addition. WI-FI was quick as well and the gym well equipped. We loved our staying there!
