The plot is hidden from views and has its own access road leading to the automated gate. The house comprises three storeys with 2 spacious terraces. There are 3 outdoor dining spaces and one of them is on third spacious terrace that is connected with bocce field. On the ground floor there is a large living room, ideal for socializing.

Luxury Apt on the Adriatic Sea with private XL Courtyard, Garden and Garage with remote controller. My Villa Marija is only 180 m away from the sea, 30 m from Basketball and Football playground. 150 m away from caffe bars, grocery store, Riva Promenade, beautiful beaches etc. UNESCO Split and Trogir are cca 15-20 min by car. Pebble beach Sokolana with shower & children playground is only 5 min walk. We have private lockable Terrace/garden with laurel fence and 100 years old Pitosphora Tree :)

You will stay in an area of approximately 245 m², which is divided into 2 apartments. There are a total of 4 bathrooms available. The house has been completely newly renovated in 2017. There are 4 parking spaces in the private courtyard. In the garden, there is an 8 m by 4 m pool which can of course be used, as well as a loggia with barbecue area which can ensure cozy and relaxed evenings. The entire garden area is surrounded by artificial turf and offers plenty of space to lie down or relax
