This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Very cozy and charming apartment with private parking space. Situated 100 metres from the famous Bacvice beach, as well as 5 minutes walking distance from Split centre. Everything you might need is few minutes walk from the apartment; supermarket, restaurants, ferry, bus station... We are happy to help arrange the cheapest transfer from or to the airport. Apartman is adjusted for older people who are limited with moving.
