Mr. Osman is a very good host, he did his best to solve a few small problems and fix the gaps. She's very understanding and solution-oriented. The house is in the center of the village and very close to everything, a very useful house in terms of design. The house had everything we needed, we did not feel any shortcomings. We had a great time for a week and it was a very nice holiday for us. If we come back, we would consider staying in one of Mr. Osman's houses again, and we would definitely recommend it. Also thanks again for his gestures.

I was delighted with Ahmet's condo living space; it was very comfortable, well-equipped, very safe and quiet with multiple outdoor sitting areas and a beautiful pool surrounded by plants. Ahmet was very responsive to every question I had and he generously provided me with excellent suggestions about historic sites to visit, how to get there and even to help me find accomodation. He arranged my ground transportation from Dalaman Airport to Kalkan. I liked very much the neighbourhood of my condo allowing me to walk into the village daily to have exercise and explore the town. This walk takes about 20 minutes down to the harbour area and is quite steep--totally walkable but one needs to be reasonably fit. I would definitely return to Ahmet's condo and to Kalkan. Wonderful stay! My wife and I had an amazing stay! The views from the house towards the mountain were breathtaking, and the pool and villa were truly wonderful. It was extra nice to enjoy the sun all day without any shade and to get to see the beautiful sunset. We also want to thank our hosts who were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We are looking forward to visit this home again in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Amazing location and fabulous views. We were met my Mehmet inspite of an awkward arrival time. Everything was exactly as described. Communication was excellent. We had no issues and would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

The house has a lot of charm, it's tastefully decorated. The unit is very well described and has all the accessories that are described. We enjoyed the terrace a lot but the interior is very spacious. The hosts are very friendly, accessible, they have always answered any questions we may have had. The environment is very quiet, in addition, the temperature is more pleasant in summer than in downtown Kas. If we come back to Kas we will take over this accommodation without hesitation!! The interior of the house was clean and tidy. Everything needed was available at home during the holiday (this includes barbecue supplies). The location is a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes drive from Kaş. Ideal for those who want a holiday away from the noise of the city.

We came across Mr. Emre's house from another airbnb house in our 3-day gap and booked it. The house was very spacious , clean and comfortable . Mr. Emre was a very friendly host . You can find everything in the house for daily use, kitchen supplies , detergent, etc . It's very conducive to spending time in the house. The view is very pleasant . Apart from that, it was the only hill to the house that forced us, we had difficulty with the car. It's a steep hill, but when you put the car at the bottom, there's no problem. Location of the house very close to the market and the sea. It was a great experience, thank you again

The surroundings of the villa offered an animal friendly environment where cats and dogs roam freely. The villa is in a very peaceful location, the view was panoramic. Everything was thought out. The kitchen supplies and all the items in the house were sufficient. There was even a cake mold and a mixer. The hosts don't care about everything for your comfort. The house garden and the pool, which are meticulous about privacy, are not visible from the outside. The pool and house were spotless. There was no internet and electricity problem. Two days before the holiday, I found the Tayfun Bey villa by chance. In general, the village is a peaceful village, there are no houses very close, but there are grocery stores within walking distance where you can go and buy what you want. Luckily for us, the weather was rainy and closed, and the pool season hadn't been opened yet, but we still enjoyed it. The host is always available and will be resolved if there is a problem, and we thank you again for your interest.

Super nice provider On the day of arrival, despite the late time, he welcomed us and showed the apartment thoroughly. He was always available and directly helped with any issues like power outages, etc. Very central, everything walking distance.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay, you can find everything you need in the house, it was the most magnificent house I have stayed in for cleanliness, the location is 15 minutes by car to the center, thank you Mr. Şihar for everything.

The villa is very beautiful, just like in the photos, and the garden is very lovely. We spent a great time by the swimming pool, in the jacuzzi. There is also an access to a wild beach 10 minutes walk from the house. The owner Berkan is very kind and helpful. He did his best to make us feel at ease. The minus is the access to get there. There are 2 mountain off-roads; the one that goes through the delillemer aqueduct is better, and the other one can be dangerous, especially without a suitable vehicle. It was stressful but overall worth it!

We stayed in a penthouse in this residence with a pool, located in a quiet area. Beautiful and comfortable stay. I loved everything.

It was also a great place for our 5 year old daughter; I can say she never got out of the pool, so we found peace while watching her. The interest and friendly face of our host, Mr. Arda and his wife, Ms. Sedef, also made us feel at home. Everything seemed to be in the photos. The bathroom, kitchen and bed were spotless and tidy. In the same way, the pool was maintained and clean. A nice neighborhood for those who prefer a quiet, tranquil vacation. Fethiye is 1 hour from the center, can be reached by Saklikent minibuses. I would definitely like to stay again in the future. We stayed for 10 days, found a place away from the city. Down by scooter - 10 minutes. Beautiful views along the road and in the mountains you can look at the stars. You can have breakfast in the neighboring courtyard. You can cook it yourself, the kitchen has everything you need. You can see different animals. Clean, the air conditioner works, hot water, internet from 1 to 10 megabits. When it was very hot in the city, there was a normal temperature.
