This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

The modern, luxurious construction and the view over the picturesque bay of Kalamar and the mountain panorama give Villa Moonshine a unique character. A large pool is exclusively for the use of the guests. The beach is only 900 m away, the center of Kalkan is a few minutes' walk away.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located place. A villa with sea view and a jacuzzi. Our villa is a duplex and has 3 bathrooms and sinks in total. There is also a shared WC and sink on the ground floor. Note: One of the rooms is located on the basement floor. There is no bathroom in the same room, but there is a bathroom and a sink next to the room.

Our villa is a 5-minute drive from Kalkan, and there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The view is magnificent. Our villa awaits you, our guests, for a peaceful holiday. Our villa's pool is larger than usual, measuring 50 square metres. There is a sea view of Patara (visible from a distance between two mountains), even from far away.

You will feel truly special in our private beach villa. You will experience the villa you do not have. There is no large pool in the villa; there is only a small 2x3 ornamental pool on the front terrace. There is hot water for the shower in the villa. Since the villa is 20 metres from the sea, there is no need for a large pool.
