Brand new, cozy Scandinavian style apartment with all amenities and a wonderful and safe view of the city. 250 meters to Chaika beach, "Health" track. 10 min drive to the city center. Perfect location for relaxation: under the house there is a small park on the way to the beach, several restaurants and supermarkets, spa complexes. The location of this apartment is perfect. A minute to Duke and Potemkin Stairs. Two – to the ensemble of Vorontsov Palace with a colonnade – a symbol of Odessa. Take a stroll through the Seaside Boulevard with sea views just around the corner. 5 minutes walk to Opera Theatre. The beach is a 30 minute walk across the green. One of five rooms of a small and cozy aparthotel, which has been run by our family for 10 years. Please note: third floor of an old building. There is no elevator.
