We are grateful to have connected with Руслана during our virtual stay in Odessa. We look forward to visiting this beautiful and charming Ukrainian farm ‘in person’ one day very soon! Our host Руслана was gracious and generous as she took the time to write to us even though her beautiful country is in a terrible unprovoked war. Everything was great! The place is clean, cozy and fully corresponds to the description, the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Anna is very friendly and always in touch, there is a parking space. Excellent location — only 5-7 minutes walk to the incredible view and the sea. I want to come back here again!

Thank you for the opportunity to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, while not leaving the city. Very nice hosts, comfortable home, convenient location, modern renovation. There was everything we needed for a quiet family vacation. The only bad thing is that one day it's time to go home. 😁 We'll come back again.

Really nice and cosy stay at Olga's beautiful house. Very responsive and attentive host. A true datcha with a lot of character and thoughtful details. Very quiet residential rustic location. Our favorite was a terrace which is nice and sunny in the morning and a perfect refreshing shelter in the afternoon when the heat is high. Super comfy beds and we slept really well every night. A wild beach is 12-15 min walk with kids, through a picturesque beachside hills covered with a gorgeous smell of wild Summer flowers and herbs. There is a shop within 5 min walk with all essentilals. Chernomorsk with busier life is 5-10 min drive. A sunrise over the sea is very special to watch! All highly recommended! Would certainly be happy to come back!

Location is very central and nice. Parking, supermarket, restrants, all are very near and Homwoener is very freindly and helper person. We will reservation again wiht Eldar

Nice stylish place. New and clean. Nice view from house territory, but you need to walk to the beach about 5-7 minutes. Recommended if you want to stay outside the city in quiet place. On the territory are other apartments. Hosts are very friendly and ready to help anytime.

I didn't actually stay with Napnca but used by Superhost voucher as a way of supporting a fellow host who is in less fortunate circumstances than myself due to the Ukranian war.

The host was friendly and was in touch by phone. He let check out later. The house keeper showed everything, was on call and quickly delivered all the things we asked for. The home is clean, the beds are comfortable. The electricity was all the time, the wifi and air conditioning were working. There is a large nice terrace with armchairs, tables and a view of the sea where you can work or eat. The place is peaceful. Beautiful Southern Black Sea beaches are close by. You can catch cheap bolt taxis (they're more likely to go north towards the center. It can be that when going south you will have to wait). You can also get around by cheap public transport (we didn't use it, so I won't say it). There are interesting military facilities in the park nearby. Best regards, I recommend.

Elevation customer orientation!!! We arrived early and were able to check in earlier. The apartment fully corresponds to the photo, very high ceiling and the appearance is very instagrammable. If you really want to feel the Odessa flavor, then you are here!

Very satisfied with the rest! Friendly and positive owner, told everything about where to go to buy, where to shop, where to buy firewood. Spacious and clean house, equipped with everything you need (bedding, towels, dishes, etc.). Even offered beach mats. Nice and large courtyard, there is a grill, a swimming pool and a parking space for a car. Which was especially important to us, we were welcomed with 3 large dogs, very friendly, so you can confidently say that the place is PetFriendly. The sea is 3 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot. But very incredible views, wild beaches where almost all of us were alone to the entire beach. A sincere recommendation from the soul, the place is very great.

This is an incredibly comfortable and stylish apartment. The apartment has everything, absolutely, even for animals, they left utensils. In the morning, 7 minutes and you are on the beach, in 2 minutes Silpo and ATB. We enjoyed our stay very much, we recommend it to everyone, especially those who have dogs.

The apartment is very cozy - white, beautiful, perfectly clean. The sleeping area is separated from the living room by sliding doors, which is very convenient. The small but functional kitchen has everything you need, from tea, coffee, sugar to oil, cooking seasonings and even oatmeal and pasta. Cool shower system with cool blue lighting :) Great neighborhood - both a large transport junction and two steps to the resort area. Thank you Anna for the pleasant, comfortable accommodation

We warned for arrival 2 hours in advance, then called 20 minutes and then still waited for 15 minutes in the yard, not knowing when we would be met, because it was almost impossible to get a call. The owner explained that the phone was on a phoneless, because the child, but the arrival time was known in advance. It would be much more convenient to contactless check-in through a key box. • Waking in April after a cold, the apartment was very cold, the thermometer on the radiator showed 12 degrees. One room has an electric heater, but it was very cold in the kitchen and other room. • There is no tea,
