Shopping within walking distance, and 30 minutes drive to Copenhagen city center

Kermikhuset is located 30 km south of Copenhagen, 500 m to beach/forest and 1.9 km to train station. The home is a self-contained apartment of 60 m2 on the first floor, with a lovely secluded south facing roof terrace. The home consists of kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with linens, the one with double bed and wardrobes and the other slightly smaller with 2 single beds with shared footing ideal for children, or for those who want to wicker toes. Ideal for a romantic getaway or for the young family.

Free parking, fast fibernet wifi 1000 Mbit/s. Let us know if you need anything else during your stay and we'll figure it out. Myself and my 2 kids, 11 and 13 live just upstairs

Close to shopping, bus and train to Copenhagen, Køge and Roskilde. 3 bedrooms (180x210, 160x200, pull-out bed 90/160x200), weekend bed for baby, 2 bathrooms (one with wall-mounted changing table), playroom, large living room and well-equipped kitchen. 50 m² terrace with gazebo, lounge sofas, granite table for 10, parasol, gas grill, fireplace, trampoline and sandbox. All incl. Ready for fun and relaxation.

Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.
