Very good location, clean house. The kitchen has everything necessary to cook if you need and good place for longer stays. The host is helpful.

Maria’s house is located in the heart of Volissos on a very cute square under the castle. The apartment is spacious, clean and renovated with taste. The balcony and common pool in the backyard were a real plus in summer ! We loved our week there, special thanks to the housekeeper who welcomed us warmly and did an amazing job : the house was spotless, cleaned every day.

First of all, the location is very nice.. Everything was within reach and within walking distance Since I loved the Ilica sea of Çeşme, it was the right choice for me I didn't encounter any issues before and after booking. The host was caring and attentive. Thank you

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

House is very comfortable and host is very helpful. The village Kalamoti is near to many touristic places like Komi beach, Pyrgi, Mesta. You can watch the stars at night on the rooftop of the house.

The house is right at the sea so you have the possibility to go swimming in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you go to the beaches in the island. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The house is also very clean and furniture has a good taste . Avrakomi is a very good and responsive host and gave us very good recommendations, There are not a lot of restaurants, but the taverns close to the house are very nice. The house is also only six minutes away from the city center, so you always have the opportunity to try several places in Chios. The only recommendation we can make is that some of the kitchen equipment should be renewed ( such as the coffee machine , cutlery) . We will definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.

Everything was exactly as described and even better. Mr. George was great without getting tedious. Many small details made our stay even better like the daily cleanliness of the space and the constant supply of coffee and so on. She even left us fruit in the room every now and then. I highly recommend it since there is an attempt to feel comfortable and enjoyable that is now rare.

Maria is an amazing host. We were greeted as if we were at the house of a relative who loved us very much, not in the Airbnb house. Early check-in and late checkout never broke our requests. The first morning, he prepared breakfast and many delicious treats for us. The location of the house is too close to the city center. The most perfect apartment right on the water. Totally exceeded all expectations. Spacious, well located, and equipped with anything you might need.

The location was marvelous and very safe. The owner was always around to help. There is a path direct to the beach with a very short 3 minutes walk. The beach is mostly little stones but this makes the sea very clear unlike some other sand beaches in the island especially in wavy days.
