Loved the stay, older neighbourhood within walking distance to the city centre. Our host Mustafa was wonderful, very responsive from the beginning. We had issues getting our car out of the airport and checked in super late into the evening, but he was there to help with a smile on his face. He check in with us during our stay to make sure everything was good. I would highly recommend.

We communicated very quickly with Mr. Mustafa and other friends. I found a positive answer to every question. I searched for flaws in the house, but I could not find the slightest defect. I enjoyed my barbecue in the garden, I rested with pleasure and tuum tiredness for 3 days. If I ever come back, I don't need to look for another place for the url. It was my only address

Mr. Mert and his wife are very friendly and caring. It is a house where you will find peace in the lush nature with its garden and rabbits, and it is very close to the center. Everything you need is available at home, even possible situations have been considered. Every house I preferred was clean, but the linens and pillows in this house were so clean that we felt more at home. We would love to come back, I highly recommend it.

İf someone is looking for short time and budget friendly stay in İzmir, İ recommend this place. Bus passes nearby from location that takes you towards city center. The house owner Ercan is quite helping and very nice person. İ didn’t face any kind of issue there. Everything was same as mentioned in the description. The house was clean and quiet. The only thing that got misunderstood between us was that İ was expecting cooking facilities there to cook something. Overall, it was a good experience. İ recommend.

Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.
